Luffy Wig reviews and complaints

These people sent an unuseable wig and wrecked an entire photoshoot. Then said they don't speak english so they can't talk to us. You've been warned.

Their response: Sorry, you are wasting time here. We have many stores, I'm only a worker here. And you didn't buy the wig from our store, maybe you should go to aliexpress or the store you bought the wig.

Horrible communication.
I purchased a wig from luffy wig june 6.
Wig was a little late and I sent many messages just asking for status. No response until I filed a paypal claim for item not received.
They only started to respond after the claim was filed and they claimed that messages were lost. Not likely that 5 messages over 4 days were not received.
Then they refused to ship unless I canceled the claim. That is extortion.
Although I know it was a bad idea, I canceled the claim knowing paypal would not allow filing another claim.

Then... I received it and found that the front hair line was horribly thin and un-wearable. They provided instructions to return the wig so that they could repair it.
I followed their instructions and now it is lost. The usps tracking says it left beijing junly 7th and now it is september 3rd. They claim usps tells them it never got to china. This is a lie!

They have my money... I have nothing but the useless box it came in.
