Loving The Classics / avoid them
It's sad that you afford to treat your customers this way.
Why don't companies think that things like this may run their reputation and they may lose most of their customers?
Loving The Classics took off my money and disappeared without saying goodbye. I guess I will have no opportunity to tell them how disappointed I am (and I guess they don't give a darn). And of course, my money will never be refunded. Oh well... Thank god, it wasn't so expensive...
