LongHorn Steakhouse food and service

On January 11 2019 my friend and I went to the Longhorn Steakhouse at 240 Easton Rd, in Warrington, PA 18976. We had dined there a few times since I moved to the area nine months ago and were always satisfied before today. When we got our salads my lettuce looked like it had not been stored properly because it was more wilted then fresh and crisp and when our food was served my piece of steak, ribeye, had more fat and gristle then that cut of meat should have. Our salad dishes were never cleared away, my friend asked for a refill of his drink and never got it from the waitress, we had to ask the person who sat us. When the man brought the drink he also ignored to used dishes and left them there also. We never received bread while waiting for the meal, we had to ask for bread when the food was served, and we had to wait a long time for the waitress to finally bring us our check and had to wait again for the change. There was no professional, courteous, service being performed at Longhorn today.

LongHorn Steakhouse seating / front desk service

On January 5, 2019 my girlfriend and I went to the Longhorn steakhouse located at Briar Creek Commons, 8121 Briar Creek Parkway, Raleigh, N.C. 27617. We arrived at approximately 6:30 p m.. We went to the front desk to give the receptionist ( a black female in her early 20's with long straight hair parted in the middle thin) at the front desk our name. We knew there would be a wait based on the amount of customers waiting inside and outside. We received our pager and we're told the wait would be about 50 minutes. It was now around 6:35 p.m. and we went outside and sat on a bench. After 40 minutes or so we went inside and said right in front of the reception desk. E we're just watching the people check in. After about 10 minutes a couple came in up to the reception desk, they appeared to be in there late 50's. The receptionist told them that the wait would be about an hour, she said that they could go to the bar. They went into the bar area and decided to sit at a hightop table even though there were many of is who had been waiting quite a while. The female of the couple approached the female at the reception desk and asked for menues, the receptionist noticed they were sitting at a table and told her there was a waiting list and they were wecolmed to sit at the bar. She returned to her table and the male came to the receptionist took money out of pocket and gave it to the receptionist. He returned to the table and they continued to sit there. After seeing this my girlfriend went to the receptionist and questioned what just took place and told her that we and all the others in the have been waiting for about an hour now. The receptionist said that someone told them they could sit there and she was not going to bother them. We explained that we had been there an hour and this couple just came in, gave you money and got a seat. At this point the manager was at the reception desk and after explaining the situation to her she said she did not want to disrupt them and the money given to the receptionist was for appreciation. I even suggested to the manager to go to them explain they made an error and give the table to the next group on the waiting list. She said she didn't want to ask them to leave the table and she was trying to get tables ready for those on the waiting list. After this I was aggravated and decided to speak to the couple myself. I explained that there was a waiting list and they should give up the table. The male looked at me and said " it's called money". Now I knew I was correct, he gave the receptionist money so he would not have to wait. I cannot believe what took place right in front of me and both the receptionist and manager refused to correct the problem. I also cannot believe that the manager would let the receptionist receive a money gratuity and not address it. The unprofessional manner in which this situation was handled with us and in front of the other waiting customers was discussing. I cannot believe that you as a restaurant allows this type of behavior, giving money to a receptionist in front of everyone never looks good for a restaurant. Needless to say after waiting an hour and then being treated as if we did something wrong when the problem truly is with the manager and receptionist, we left. I hope this situation is addressed and no has to go through and witness what we did and then being treated with such disrespect. I would appreciate a response to this complaint. LongHorn Steakhouse food, management, staff, cleanliness

Good Day,
On January 1st 2019 my family went to Longhorn Steakhouse at 4409 S Laburmum Avenue Richmond Virginia approx @ 1:30pm. The Food was awful, the lobster bisque was
Mush. I asked the manager to go back in the kitchen take a spoon and try it. The shrimp fell right apart as soon as I took it out I'd the bowl. It was like it was frozen at first
Then thawed out and microwaved. The consistency was very watery! Disgusting. Worst soup of my life. I could tell the shrimp was OLD! Took my kids food forever to come out. French Onion soup was bread pudding consistency. We weren't given any apology from the waitress which whom had an awful attitude from the beginning and non professional. Once we complained about the soups a Manager approached us with a
Hoodie with bleach stains we thought it was a homeless man not a manager "VERY UNPROFESSIONAL". The waitress forgot
My brother in - laws spinach twice and by the third time we asked her for it she just said "ok" so I then asked her ma'am do you have an attitude we just want the spinach and she bucked at me very fiercely and said ma'am no I don't and I don't appreciate you asking me that. Now what way is that talk to your customer let alone your body language was out of charecter. The food finally came out and we were missing two salads. Once I asked for the salads it was another attitude. I asked the manager was he the one back in the kitchen cooking because we couldn't figure out why it was taking so long for food to come out let alone the unprofessional atmosphere. Rick or Vick I believe was his name. He said he only had two line cooks. One doing salads and soups the other doing meals. Eventually the waitress came back over never once asked how the food was not apologized but said that the manager is taking care of the bill and anything else we wanted. After that we just got up and left. Didn't want anything else on the MENU! Awful service!

LongHorn Steakhouse overall experience from the minute we walked in the door.

Visited the location at 3392 US Hwy 93N in Lakeland Fl. We came in at a relatively slow time at 3 on 12/30/18 the restaurant was about half full. It took 15 minutes to be seated with no wait, another 15 to take our drink order and another 10 to actually hey or drinks. We ordered all of our food when the drink order was taken in hours this would save some time at this point. We were sadly mistaken. Waited for refills that never came, were grabbed a pitcher sitting by one of the registers and refilled our own tea about 10 minutes later our server finally showed up with soda refills for our boys. The server never returned until our food was brought out which she did bring part of it. Mt father in law ask for steak sauce and was told they would see what they could find that they had been passing around two bottles all day because they were out. We got our food after waiting one hour and twenty minutes. The server did not waste anytime however to bring our check and come back to collect the money. I would hate to see the service when they were busy. After all this not once did a manager ever come to see how our service was. By far the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant. It put the cherry on top when we saw them seeing up for a very large party next to us, that served not only had the table set, bread
waiting on them. He was right there talking drink orders as soon add they set down.

LongHorn Steakhouse manager dominic behavior and professionalism

I was eating dinner there on Thursday dec 27th. A nice dressed African American Manager in a collar shirt started to harass and smack talk a pregnant waitress with blonde hair. He was speaking to another employee of the restaurant about her and was very loud and obnoxious about it laughing obnoxiously and everything. He was basically making fun of her in front of everyone! Making comments about how she "pregnant" walks, how she is a horrible server, etc... it was so loud and noticeable in I'm not the only table whom heard it. The blonde waitress began to hear and notice and continued to ignore. It seemed to me she was working very hard and his comments were completely out of line and unprofessional and should not have been said in the dining room in front of us customers. I am disgusted this manager treats employees this way and i give the pregnant woman props for not saying anything and continuing to ignore him. And i doubt i will never return especially since this behavior is happening in this restaurant. It's absolutely disgusting and i hope you guys expect more
Of your management team! I made it a point to ask him his name before i left so i could write this complaint!

LongHorn Steakhouse longhorn steakhouse located on fletcher tampa florida.

I went to LongHorn steakhouse last night off of Fletcher in Tampa. Shutdown ordered my food ate half of my steak, and look down on the table and there was a roach crawling from my plate. I was very surprised to see a roach crawling across the table. It made me very sick. And has been messing with my stomach since. I'm out of work today due to that issue. Something needs to be done about this! I want to be contacted about this issue. My Mel was compensated. But my whole night was definitely ruined. My number I expect a call back from you guys. I really don't want to have to take my complaint any further than this..

LongHorn Steakhouse prime rib

I go to Atlanta a lot for business and I stay at hotels close to long horn steak house so i can eat dinners there. I ordered take out at 3480 Camp creek PKWY, East Point GA 30344. I ordered 20 OZ prime rib that cost 30 dollars. I got back to my hotel and sat down to eat opened the container and was shocked at what I saw. The prime rib was all fat. I called and talked to the manager and he said I could bring it back and get a different one. I told him with the heavy traffic and the fact i had to go to another conference I couldn't do that. He then asked me to send a pic of the prime rib so I did. He called me back and asked for my email address and he would send me compensation for the dinner I paid for. It has been 10 days now and I have received nothing. The manager I spoke with is Terry phone number [protected].

LongHorn Steakhouse product

Hello. I was at a location in Oswego il. I ordered a big steak. With fries. The steak was burn it had a lot of black. I order it well done. I turned it over and the other side was completely black also. I took a picture of it. I ate the fries first but everyone in my table said look at ur steak. It looks burnt. I was embarrass to say anything in front of a lot of people that were there. Very disappointed. Not happy at all being my first time there

LongHorn Steakhouse my complaint is how I was treated and longhorn’s on december 17, 2018 at exactly 12:40 pm in charleston south carolina

About two weeks ago I place an online order of two call boys Porkchop double mashed potato with extra butter when I got there my order was ready it was already in the bag and everything it was my notice and I mean my mistake that I didn't check my order before I left the restaurant but any other time my order would've been right when I got to my place of job when I looked in the container there was only one Porkchop and a sweet potato I didn't have two porkchops I didn't have double mash I just had one Porkchop and sweet potato when I called in this morning December 12, 2018 to tell them about my mixup of my order I can't remember the John Wayne that I talk to he said this give me a name and when you come back in I said well I won't be for another two weeks but I'll be back in to place another order he say if Jeff can call and place an order and give them your name so that's what I did I called this morning give them my name and tell him I situation he said OK I'll talk to the manager when I get where whatever I place my order and they're talking when I get to the store restaurant so when I got there the John and took my name and say Cowboys. I said yes few minutes later that's the way and I'm not sure he was a manager whatever but he asked me what was the next up on my order I told him the mixup about my oldest two weeks ago he said while he was away we mail out a gift card I said so there was no gift card mailed out to me but if he had a problem with that I told him I'll pay for my meal so I hand him the $20 bill to pay for my meal he said well OK I'll give you half off on it I said no I don't want half off omit this give me my double mass and I and my other Porkchop I would've been fine but had a stink out of chill when I explain to him what I'll pay for and what I don't want to pay for then he had the decency to throw my $20 on the counter instead of putting back putting it back in my hand I feel that he was being rude to me he was being arrogant and skills my way he was being an [censored] because of you working in a restaurant facility or franchise of whatever you need to give good customer service my thing is if he feel some type away on how I talk to him and explain to him the deal of my order then OK but at the same time I was willing to pay for my meal and this forget about the whole thing but the way he acted towards me I will never try my best not to come there because that's one of my top five restaurant here in Charleston South Carolina always tell people come to Longhorn they got good customer service they have a good They have good customer service asked for the wedding staff asked for the hostess I've never seen a manager to come up and say how was the meal whatever but that was OK but everything else was OK I've told many friends and family all let's go to Longhorn that's that's my favorite spot but when this man here had the decency to talk to me like I was a little child isn't call for so that's why am doing this complaint for the Longhorn in Charleston South Carolina store number 5202

LongHorn Steakhouse food and service as well as manager attitude

I ordered over the phone to a waitress by the name of Daysha at the Hattiesburg, MS Longhorns Restaurant. I was told it would be 30 min. So I showed up 45 min later. I asked for my order from the bar tender she went to find it. Dasha came out and said that she couldn't find my order but remembered me calling and she said she had not put it in. So she retook my order and I then asked for a couple of drinks while I waited. I stood there a minute and then decided to go out to my car and take our drinks out as I had someone waiting in the car on me. The bar tender then told Dasha that I cancelled my order. My passenger wanted to add a order so I called in and the same lady picked up the phone and said that she had cancelled my order. This all happened in 15 min of my arrival. I then gave her the extra order and she then hung up on me. I walked in to speak to a manager and he came out. I believe he said his name was David. I proceeded to tell him what happened and at that time I did not know the young ladies name was Dasha. I explained that it was a little black girl that answered the phone. He corrected me and said her name is Dasha. I then apologized and said I didn't know her name at that point. He then sarcastically said well it's Dasha. He proceeded back to the back to put our order in and I overheard and saw all the waitresses ganging up around him and they were all slurring me and throwing their hands up and saying things like, "okay!" I then decided to cancel my order for fear of them sabotaging my food! They were all but cheering that I cancelled my order! Very unprofessional!

LongHorn Steakhouse food

My daughter and I ordered 2 outlaw ribeyes medium well. As we were eating and cutting into the steak. It became more clear that it was medium or close to medium rare. So we stop eating and waited on our waitress. She did come back for a while. So we stopped the hostess to get her. We told her our concern. She said it's always a little pink. It wasn't just pink. It was a little bloody. She said she was going to put them back in the grill and cook them a little more. I wasn't comfortable with that. But they put it back on the grill. We waited a lot while and they brought them back. Never heard of ‘this. Especially since I still have food that I'm eating at the table.

It is with a heavy heart that I am writing this. I have always considered Longhorn one of the top steakhouses in my area. That is why I chose there to have my mothers 80th birthday celebration. I had a party of eight people called ahead to let them know we were coming for dinner in celebration of my mother’s 80th birthday. She said no problem. 5 o’clock was our time we arrived. I figured it would not be that busy at that time well we arrived and were seated at 2 tables put together. No problem except we were on top of each other. I asked if it would be possible to have a larger table. They ended up turning the 2 tables sideways and added another and it was perfect. Our server took our drink orders and brought them back. Asked if we wanted an appetizer but we said no we were ready to order. My mother ordered a porterhouse sweet potato and salad, I ordered filet and lobster ordered sirloin for my granddaughter from kids menu. My son ordered porterhouse sweet potato and asparagus. My sister ordered filet and lobster baked potato and salad. My son and daughter in law ordered porterhouse asparagus sweet potatoes and salad. My grandson ordered sirloin and salad. Ok we are all set. Bread was brought to table and we were just enjoying each other’s company. Well. We waited and waited and waited. We were sure our food and salads would come out together. Finally salads came. That’s the beginning.. found a hair in my salad. I discreetly told my waitress and she asked if I would like a new one I said yes. I understand things happen. No biggie. Well had not even took 2 bites of salad here comes our dinners. My grandsons steak was supposed to be cooked med well. It was bloody raw. My filet(which I ordered med) was more med well. I switched with my grandson. He devoured my steak and I took a bite of his. It tasted like the had put a shaker of salt on it I couldn’t eat it so I just continued eating my salad. Went to eat my sweet potato and it was hard lol. I’m not joking. The cook had to be very inexperienced or overwhelmed. Either way. I said oh goodness my sweet potato is raw and everyone at the table checked theirs except my mother who had not received her dinner yet and said the same thing. So when I could get our servers attention I explained the situation with the steak and sweet potatoes. My sisters baked potato was fine. They brought all of us( except my mother who still had not received her food) a new potato each. Same thing harder than rocks. We gave up on the potatoes. We just ate steak and salads except when they brought a new steak to me he asked me to cut into it to make sure it was ok. Well I sliced it in the middle and it was raw. He looked at me picked up my steak and said he would bring me another one. Oh and by the way my mother still had not received her food. No joke. They brought me another steak flatter than a pancake. Juices pressed out and a ton of salt. I was also red in middle. I gave up on that also. Finally my mothers dinner came when all of us were almost finished eating. Her steak was fine. I don’t know about her sweet potato. I didn’t ask. She ate a little and boxed the rest because we were just watching her eat. The server came back and they gave us credit for my mother’s dinner and my grandsons steak. The server said she was going to bring my mother a dessert. It arrived in a bowl like s soup bowl. Which we were ok with until the lady behind us got a birthday dessert with a candle in a nice tall martini glass Very nice and we looked at that and my mother’s and wondered why there was such a difference in the two. I am normally not a complainer but my mother was turning 80 and all I wanted was to take her to my favorite place to have a superb steak dinner and it was a disaster from start to finish. I’m a business owner. I understand how things can happen but sending things back twice and they still didn’t get it right was really upsetting We were eating at the restaurant in South Charleston, WV. I still tipped well because I don’t hold our server responsible for how our meals were cooked but I still don’t understand why my mothers dinner took so long. We were there over 2 hours and we left as soon as my moms food came and she ate a little and boxed the rest. I am just so upset because it is nearly impossible for all of us to get together because of our work schedules but we arranged to take off work early so we could all be together. Sorry so long but my mother was so looking forward to something really special and I feel I failed to achieve that and that was all she wanted and was so looking forward to your usually great steaks and impeccable service. LongHorn Steakhouse we made a mistake that might get our waiter fired

So my wife and I had come to eat a few times and had some visa gifts. Now in paying for our meals we tipped our waiter a nice little bit as a Christmas gift. Now in speaking with Mr. Crosby he let us know that the tips did not process and that he was suspended from work. My wife and i would like to repay the overdrafts on the tips because we made a mistake and used the money on the gift cards on other things because on the website a different balance was on the cards.
The last 4 numbers on each card is visa 9234, 8448 if i am not mistaken can we please
Fix this problem and we will be willing to repay any lost that came from our mistake

LongHorn Steakhouse managerial conduct

We ate at Longhorn last night and for an entire hour a child from the table beside us ran around the long table as though he were at a playground. He created a safety hazard for customers as well as staff as well as ruining our meal experience. We complained to our waitress. After a while the manager came by and we expressed our disgust that nothing was done to correct the situation. This man who is afraid of his own shadow gave us no apology only excuses that he didn't see it and told us he is limited as to what he could do which is ridiculous. He needed to tell them that the child needed to be seated as it was disturbing guests and causing a safety issue. He could have cared less that it ruined our night out and didn't even offer to discount or comp our meals. I told him we would be contacting corporate.

LongHorn Steakhouse managers at longhorn south laburnum

ALESHA JAQUEES I believe was the name, totally disrespectful and rude to my family and I kept trying to just say she was going pay for our meal which wasn't the problem . & it's a complete disgrace to watch her yell at workers in the restaurant and be very nasty . My 3 kids and husband can't even enjoy a meal without over hearing how she was talking to the Host they look only 16-17 years old anyway

To add on I normally go to the longhorn in Williamsburg it's about 35-40 minutes away from my home & the staff there is amazing ! Very nice staff and everyone seems to enjoy working there but when I came to this longhorn it the shopping center of white oaks on laburnum it was just unbelievable dissatisfying . I sat at a table near the back of the restaurant close to a door to their kitchen & just to hear what that manager was saying to the young people & how she was talking to the staff is just terrible ! I would never let me kids in a million years work for a company like this . What really upset me is to see how hard the bus girls and young man were working and then for her to talk very aggressive and nasty to them . SO sad this restaurant has to do better . NOT COMING BACK WITH MY FAMILY !

LongHorn Steakhouse not getting our food

Me and my husband went to the longhorn in dawsonville ga and ordered a chop steak well done and chicken tenders ! We got there at like 10 till one received some bread our drinks and sat there waiting on the food till almost 2 almost an hour ! The waitress never came by asked if we needed refills or even offered up when the food would come ! The only reason my husband got some extra tea as she said I was already here close why not too it off! We sat there so finally we got up to leave and she was helping another customer up near the check in spot and told me it's almost done after an hour please ! We saw all kinds of burgers going out to tables which is basically what a chop steak is but didn't receive ours ! I asked to talk to the manager all he said was you never received you're food and I said no an all he said then was I'm sorry no offering of anything like it didn't matter at all ! If this is you're way of treating you're customers then I'm not going to be one anymore and I will let my family and friends know also plus social media !

I took my 91 year old mother to Longhorns in Covington Ga to celebrate her birthday along with my disabled brother to celthis 25 years of sobriety. We has a horrible experience. I ordered a flo's filet medium, it came to me well done. My brother always gets the outlaw ribeye, it was so tough he could not eat it. The steaks went back and when they finally brought them back after a long, long wait, Mine was fine but the new ribeye was still to tough to eat, so this time we told them to cook him a medium flo's filet. When they came back they tried to tell us the one they brought us for my brother was a flo's filet, I tasted it and it was not, they had cut off the bone and served him the ribeye again. By then we were all my poor mother who suffers from back problems could not sit any longer. When the waitress brought back what they claimed was a flo's filet, she ask if he wanted it to go and I know the reason for that was because she wanted to make more tips. We got there at 4:30 to beat the crowd and we were not able to leave until
6:30. The place was not crowded at all when we got there but by the time we left it was packed.
The manager did not offer us anything for our horrible experience. What was suppose to be a nice celebration turned out the worst experience we have ever had at a restaurant . We paid the entire bill and tip for a horrible experience.

LongHorn Steakhouse food

We are 2 guests, male and female. When we sat down, we received 2 dirty cups, stale bread, the steak was tough & overcooked. We both asked for medium webothand we both got burnt meat instead.
No manager greeted us on arrival or exit. Waitress did not ask if we were satisfied either.
To make matters worse, the meat was so coarse that his stomach was hurting all nighrejectebody rejected the meat immediately.

LongHorn Steakhouse poor customer service at bowie maryland longhorn steakhouse

I am writing to complain about the poor customer service received at the Bowie, Maryland Longhorn Steakhouse. When I arrived on October 26, 2018 and got seated at the table. The waiter arrived with an attitude and an unpleasant demeanor. I told her I wanted to order my drink and she took the order and asked how many in the party and I responded I was waiting for someone and that there will be two total. She threw two straws on the table and left. She returned with my drink and when the other party arrived she ordered her drink and also noticed the unpleasant demeanor of our waiter. The drinks were did not taste like what we had previously had at prior Longhorn Steakhouses. We ordered our food along with appetizers. The appetizers had to be returned and I asked her to credit our check. I received my Longhorn steak which was supposed to be medium rare with a baked potato (sour cream and beacon on the side separately), broccoli. The steak was medium well, baked potato came loaded with cheese, bacon and sour cream. The broccoli was over cooked and mushy!. I requested to speak to the manager as we left the restaurant and lodged my complaint. She was basically non chalant in her tone "sorry you had a bad experience" no suggestion of how she can make it right. I informed her I will not be returning to that location due to the lack of concern for the customer and the poor customer service. When I got home, I realized they actually charged my credit card for the appetizer that they were supposed to have removed from the check. I contacted the manager again and she informed me she can credit it to my payment method used for the dinner. This was by far, the WORST restaurant experience and I certainly will not recommend this Bowie Maryland location to anyone

LongHorn Steakhouse salmon and sweet potato dry

When I received my to go order the salmon was burnt & dry! My sweet potato was dry. I called manager ask if I would return for new order. I WORKED A LONG 10 hour day. Sure I will go I'm still hungry! Manager forgot my order but I didn't have to wait long for second order. Sweet potato still dry/hard. I asked for broccoli. Salmon looked good but when I get back to my hotel (15 minutes later) the salmon is over cooked and crunchy.

LongHorn Steakhouse service. dirty location

When we were given our menus they were dirty. The menus had food and sauce all over it.
Afterwards when we opened our napkins the utensils inside were also dirty with food. Our first server decided not to attend us because I complained to here about the dirty menus. Took about 10mins to get a new server.
The new server was pleasant but I was already disappointed by the bad service from our first server and the dirty menus and utensils. I am most likely not to return in a very long time and will let everyone know of our experience .
