Liv Luv Shopneed help correcting my order

I ordered a whisper WTF tshirt and also subscribed for the monthly LivLuvShop box 2 months ago and finally received the monthly box but the tshirt was missing and the invoice said it was in the same package, however it wasn't there...I have emailed multiple times and called many times but I have received no response to my email and their customer service phone number mail box is full! Not that this is at all shocking as it seems this is a re-occuring trend with this company...Someone tell me how this internet company is still in business if they are not fixing their errors and not sending items but claiming they are and screwing customers left and right by what I have seem on the many complaint logs...unfortunately I never thought to check them out on the better business bureau before placing an order because not that I have checked they are rated F!!
I just want my tshirt that I ordered and to cancel my monthly membership
Someone PLEASE help me resolve this !
