life360 app and accuracy s
My husband and I have life 360 app so he's able to locate me in case of an emergency... due to a stroke I had a few years ago. However this has caused a lot of confusion since it alerts me that he's left and gone places when he's actually sitting at home. For instance, right now we are sitting at home, talking, and my life 360 alerted me that he just left and was several miles away and it showed I was not at home either... going in the opposite direction as he was, several other miles away. It's rather frustrating when your system alerts us of such false information... I mean if I had a seizure or wreck and he needed to locate me... your system would fail to provide the correct information or vise versa.
We have not subscribe to any additional services on Life 360 and are considering other options for tracking since the system provides false location/s and leave/arrival time/s.

I am having the same problem. I took a screenshot and sent it to them via Facebook, all they would reply is to make sure the Wi-Fi was turned on! We always have our Wi-Fi and GPS services on! Very aggravated with this issue!

I called on(1)...(1/18/2017... 1/19)/2017 when I saw my statement I even emailed same day(2) I emailed the company again twice(3) I called life 360 again they have me going round in circles saying wrong dept or this is nest and were not affiliated with Life360
Full of bugs
When I downloaded this app it was full of bugs and did not work properly. I was very disappointed with Life360 and deleted it. But even after I got rid of Life360 it still causes me trouble! My phone shows that Life360 is downloading but it's not! This bug doesn't allow me to download anything else and I have no idea what to do. I tried to get some help from Life360 and sent them a message explaining what am I dealing with but they simply ignored me! This is terrible!

The entire site seems to be frozen. You can't get past the download page. I signed up for the 4.99 a month subscription, used my card. Now they say my "free" (which I paid for) subscription is over! And that I "have denied them access" - access to what- I haven't denied them access! My app says it is "open" but then it only gives me the free download page which then kicks it over to the credit card information page which seems to be frozen - - and they already have! What a hokey set up. I did get a txt from them with a link but that just goes back to the download the free app page!

Before buying the full version I decided to try the free one. So I installed the app and didn't like it at all. I decided that this app is not something I might use and uninstalled it. Few days ago turned on my GPS and received a warning that Life360 could not function correctly with my GPS. That was strange, because I deleted the Life360 app. I looked in my list of apps and there was no Life360 there. It was very strange. I went to their webpage in search of some contacts. But I was surprised, when realized that their contact link is not working. There was no phone number too. So I've decided to deal with this problem myself. I tried to find some information about that app in the Internet. Well, there were only negative reviews from people who had the same problem. And the worst part was that there was no solution. Don't install this app on your phone! It will stay there forever and it's impossible to delete it.
I also installed this free app to check out if it were interesting. But it was not free at all, because immediately an amount waas charged to my credit card! What the heck?! The site mentions to have to unsubscribe through your account. I don't have an account and I do not want to make one either. Life360 is a very misleading app and will trcik you into a subscription you were never aware of.

Total waste of time. I downloaded the app from the website www.life360.com. Basically, it had some problems, because it sent me different notifications and emails all the time. I tried to stop it, but I couldn’t find how to do it. Also it turned out that I needed to pay for the membership, and it was obligatory. I paid about $50, but I didn’t use this app too much. So, don’t waste money and time.

I decided to download the app from the website www.life360.com. It was big mistake to use it, because they automatically subscribed me for the two golden memberships. I need to pay for them now, but I don’t want to use this useless app. It wasn’t so accurate and helpful as it was mentioned on the website. So, check info and don’t subscribe!

Some how this site started to send me texts and there is no way to stop them or tell them I am not interested in their serves. I have to pay for texts so getting messages i don't want is like stealing from me. I texts me about 5 times a day and has been doing so for several days.
How the heck do I opt out. I am not a child and not married who the heck wants to keep tabs on me?
My 12 year old son's mobile sent that message to all his friends about life360. We know nothing about the company and neither does my son. We are also in the UK, so why do we need this? They took money out my sons account to send everyone the text message. It seems to me to be a scam.
Today I received a text message from my sister with a link and the message said "Check this out". Since she and I often text each other with links to interesting articles and podcasts, I though nothing of it so I clicked the link. I found myself on the Life360 website. My sister knows that I am single and do not have any kids so I realized that this was a spoofed test message (first one I've ever received - I didn't know they were "a thing"). I don't even know how they got my sister's number off my phone to spoof it. Any organization that has to stoop this low to get people to their website is not to be trusted and is very likely a scam. Be careful.
on 18 Sept 2015 I noticed a 50.00 charge on my checking account for life 360. I did purchase it the year before, and ensured I marked the section so I would not be on recurring payments. So imagine my surprise when I saw the charge on my account after being declined when buying groceries for my kids. I promptly went online to look for a customer service number..(which there isn't one) and was forced to send an e-mail which I have yet to receive an answer to. I called the number that was referenced on the charge and got a voice mail, I left my information and requested that they return my money to me.
Got a similar situation. Somehow an account has been created with my email address, but not my phone number. If i go to unsubscribe, the only thing I can do is set message receiving settings. I am not interested in the service. I can't send a text, because my number is not linked to the account (and i don't intend to do that). Can I undo this through email?

Please be aware that the sex offender portion is not kept up-to-date. I have been trying to contact the company for weeks concerning this matter and have not been able to reach anyone.I personally know two people listed on the app who are no longer registered sex offenders. Sadly, as great of an idea as I think the app could be, the irresponsibility of life360 is coming to light. I would recommend using your states registry to find accurate information, rather than use this product.
I want my free tile and the discount coupon to work. The issue should’ve been resolved yesterday. I upgraded to the gold membership to receive the free tile. If the issue isn’t resolved i will be canceling my services

I called & confirmed that the payment plan was canceled, but still took out money! I stopped using the premium on September 30 ,2022! And switched to the free one instead!
Hello ,my daughter moved to Canada for studies ( we are spaniards ) , sent her an invite since she have a new canadian phone number. She can follow us but we can´t ...so she got the invite and it´s working but our family member can´t follow her in Canada. Not sure what´s wrong with the settings.
