liberty club over draw my account at the bank by taking out 49.98 last mounth and 19.99 this mounth and the sayed thing is they put these pop ups when your filling out other stuff and you don't even know about it until they start taking out money on your account i live on disablity and can not aford this [censor] and they should not be able to do such stuff to people so never fill out pop ups untill you read it completly becouse there are stupped companys out there like this one who can ripe you off

you might as well just go to bbb.org and file a complaint all you have to do is put in the company name and they will find all the info on company file your complaints so that this company can be investigated and you can get your refund becuase libertyclub is a scam and they will not give you your money back just go to bbb.org so we can take care of this bad buissness
I did not give these people the permission to take any funds from my checking account, and put my account into an overdraft for two momths. I want my money back plus my overdraft fee. My cancellation # that was given to me by you customer service rep was 5895060. I needd you to put the $49.48 back into my acct plus the $35.00 overdraft fee that was charged to my acct so the total to be deposited is $84.48. due to you automatically deductiong money that was not authorized by me out of my checking acct. Please do this as soon as possible not in 72 hours for it did not take you 72 hours to take out of my acct without permission.
The same thing just happened to me. I checked my account this morning and two online checks were made without my authorization. One was for $49.98 the other was for $24.95. I just bought a car and had the insurance set to come out today now they cant take the insurance out because you took money out that wasnt supposed to come out . I am over drawn a significant amount of money because of this. The money needs to be put back in my account as soon as possible. The cancellation conformation number is 5894892.

I just happen to check my bank account and was told that 49.98 was took out of my account with check # 12671 im just on check # 889 i dont know why my bank did not notice it but as i look forward into my account i notice another 49.98 the first one phone number was [protected] so i call and got a refund code so whe i dialed the other number [protected] to get a refund its the same company i never gave them permission to take anything out of my account the are being really slick so everyone be aware.

Add my complaint to this long list. I am contacting the FTA and the BBB. This is the second time you have removed $49.95 from my bank account even though you assured me last time my membership had been cancelled. I also live on a fixed income and need every penny I get!

Has anyone reported this to the better business bureau? I had another company do this and I reported them! They gave me my refund! I am printing this page off and going to my bank! Hopefully they will credit my overdraft and freeze my account from any unauthorized charges or issue me a new account number.
