I have just had the same thing happen to me. My husband and i borrowed a friends computer to apply for a payday load. We decided after going half way through the application that we did not want to do it. I then had a $34.19 automated check go through my bank causing an overdraft of $20.00. The bank gave me a 1866 number to call. The first operator hung up on me. The second operator said I would have to go on line to request a refund. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told there weren't any. I made the comment of someone has to write the checks and I would like to talk to someone in charge. Again I was told that there was no one in charge. I asked for her name-her full name-Michelle Ramirez. I have asked God to forgive these people for cheating others out of their hard earned money. I just pray that God gives them the strength to refund all that is owed to myself and all these other poor defenseless people that have been ripped off. My cancellation number is 5625010. This horrible act occured on 8-31-10 and my conversation with Miss Ramirez occured on 9-3-10. I wish everyone lots of luck with your complaints.

They did the same thing to me. Charging people 34.00 a month for a coupon service they never use. Liberty Club company should be brought up on criminal charges for stealing funds and making unauthorized withdrawls I have reported the company to the fraud Dept. at Chase I hope these criminals get everything thats coming to them.
They took 34.19 out of my account and told my bank that I authorized it. Of course I didn't. I learned that when i applied for a payday loan, they automatically took the money. Isn't it funny that they are targeting people who NEED MONEY and taking money that we don't have. I woul like to know what Liberty gives discounts on. Anybody know?

I was just notified today Friday August 20, 2010 that my account was overdrawn due to a check of 34.19 from libertyclub.I called also to have them refund my money but i had to go to a website and fill out a refund form and i will be notified in 72 hours and IF IM APPROVED i will be refunded in 7-10 business days.The referance number they gave me is 5573599.I am sooo upset right now, i have 6 kids and a fiance and myself to support, since they took that money out of my account my due bills that are set to come out today bounced.i am negative 175 in my account at the moment.This is crazy, i have never authorized them to charge my account for anything, and i have a family of 6 to support on -175.00 for a week until friday when i get payed, that means no groceries, no gas to and from work, no diapers no nothing.im so disapointed that places like this are able to screw people over...There is no reason this place is still up and running after all the complaints i just read on them.I am just speechless at the moment, and in an uproar of what has just happened.And now i have to figure out just what to do for my family...I will be taking this to BBB.

I was looking to get a pay day loan and the site I went to had this site attached to it. It said you will be charged 34.19 a month until you call and cancel. When I realized what I had signed up for I called immediatly to cancel (within 5 min at the most) and was told well the money has already been charged to your account and you will now have to requested a refund. But the confirmation email that I received with my membership id says that they will be processing my order in the next 48 hours and I should get my package within 1-2 weeks, but not even 5 minutes later my money has been taken out? Really? This is how you do business? WOW! I am going to report you all to the BBB and get you all shut down. Anyone who is employeed with this business should not be able to walk around with a clear conscience and if you can, I will pray for you!
Yes i just found out about this scam in the worst way. I hadn't been paying any attention to my account for months and then when i do i find outta that they have been taking money outta my account for MONTHS! But thats not the worst, someone else been taking from my account without my authorization. Beware people they might be the same company. When I called they gave me a cancellation number of 4931839. I am so pissed because I never signed up for BS like this and they been taking my hard earned money like its ok, BUT ITS NOT! I plan to do something about this and I will keep everyone informed.
I just wanted to let people know that when you apply for a payday loan online be very careful and watch out for the advertisements that accompany the payday loans. I did that and now my husband and I are wanting a full refund of the money that this company took out of our checking account. I called the company and they said that the money would go back into our checking account within a few hours and it did not get there yet.

I never acceppted this. This is the worse company. I think I am contacting a lawyer about your company. You take money out of people accounts without there knowledge. I would like my money and my over draft fees refunded back to me asap. I would like an e-mail sent to tazklsbugsdaf@yahoo.com today. June 8th 2010 I was just taken by your scam with an unauthorized withdrawl from my account. I like many other victims have a reference number for my request that you return the money you took from me which caused an over draft in my account, ref.#5089255. I would appreciate the return of my money asap as a recent widow I am struggling to feed my family.
These people that call themselves running a business took money out of my account and i dont even know what type of business it is. they just go around and take money out of peolpe's accounts. all i did was go online and do an applicantion for a payday loan and i call my bank the next morning and they tell me that this (business people) wrote an electronic check with my name on it that was for $34.19 and that put me in the negative. all i wanted was a payday loan that's all. but now i want my money that you so-called business people took out of my account or there will be HELL to pay and it will be more than just my DAMN money that you FAKE wanna be BUSINESS people will have to pay. i am so upset, when applying for a loan 34.14 was taken out of my account when i never gave authorization for this company to do so, matter fact i ended up not even getting the pay day loan. This company really gets over on you because they NEVER even call to confirm that u even authorize the transaction. They SHOULD diffenatley be reported for this scam!

The same thing has happened to me. I had money withdrawn from my account by this company. I got in touch with Libertyclub and I was given a number (5051099)to request my money back. I was told by the operator that the money will be in my account in 72 hour, that was six day ago and I still haven't received my money back. My account was overdrawn because of this tranaction and I had to pay my bank 34.00 overdraft fee and 34.00 return check fee, I am out 74.00 plus the money that was withdrawn from my account. Help!
On may 17th, 2010-$34.19 was taken out of my checking acct. I did not authorize a damn thing nor have I ever purchased anything on-line ever! I'm on Social Security Disability. This amount is a substancial amount to my monthly budget. Shame on you! How can a check be authorized with no signature? If Liberty disc. club needs my $ then let them have it. The same thing happend to me.. I tried to applie for a payday loan i did not say they could go into my account a take money out... So i started spending money that i thought was there when it wasn't becaues they went into myaccount... So the bank charged me 35 dollars for each transaction and 5 dollars a day for my account staying negitive.. I want my money back and i think that this company should pay all the over draft fees that they caued people when they took money out with out their permission..
