All of the items I have for sale on Letgo have been marked as SOLD, when they are not. This happened after someone seemed interested and wanted my Cell phone number so we could exchange texts. I told him that that is what the chat venue is for. He had some out of state number and I reported him for fraud and trying to commit a scam. I also reported this 4days ago and nothing was done. Should I pull out my account or are you going to fix it

Someone has signed up for Letgo with my email address, [protected]@yahoo.com, I would really like to get this taken down ASAP as it was not me and I am continually receiving emails about items and inquiries - your swift action on removing my email address would be greatly appreciated. I do not see any item number or anything like that as I have not clicked into any email sent. Thank you

This seller is a scammer I goggled him and his name is out here that he scammed a lots of people before please let go investigate this seller and suspend his account before he scamms someone else. I posted a replica louis vitton purse...and was clear it was a replica. Someone inquired and wanted more pictures which I sent. Within less than 5 mins my ad was disgarded. Id like to know why. This is my purse Im selling. Am I allowed to sell a replica?

User Pennysaiviour has posted slanderous material towards user Jessica Aparte. The add in question is for an item that Pennysaviour found online that is for the wrong deal and has posted material slamdering Jessica Aparte as a thief. I will atach photos from their slanderous ### and post a pic of the intended add. This kind of usage of the website is understandable in correct terms of usage, however based on the convorsation posted, user Pennysaviour did not even try to reason with the seller and called them a theif then blocked them so they could not respond.

Sometime around or before September 21 2016, someone with the handle Larry Backus's contacted me wanting to buy a printer from me, claimed the lady who handles the checks accidently sent out the wrong amount on the check and asked rather than cancel the check and issue a new one for the correct amount, he said just send the extra back. I deposited the check into my account and after 3 days I remove the funds. I now have an issue with bank fraud and have no evidence to show the bank because Letgo not only deleted the scammers account. But deleted the entire conversation. With out that conversation I'm pretty much, going down for fraud. I did not intentionally fraud my bank with a bogus check. Is there anyway letgo can contact the Bank of Ozarks and explain I was a victim of a scam artest? I really don't want to go to jail over this. Need help.

The Customer Service team is the most unresponsive team possible! I sent a message last Friday and their email says someone will respond in 24 hours. It has been 5 days! I would agree with what people are saying about the clientele that comes to purchase. I had someone express interest and then didn't respond to my messages for a whole week. When the buyer finally responded and I told her the item was already sold, she left a bogus review calling me shady. There are so many other selling apps out there and if you want to save some of your sanity, do not use letgo!

I was selling a iphone 6s and this guy wanted to buy it. We met up and SHE gave me counterfeit money and ran off with my phone. I chased after her but her getaway driver knocked me down and they took off. I called the police but nothing happened fast enough After i lost them and i couldn't find them i went to the police station and filed a report. Im never using letgo ever again because its not a safe app to sell products on.

Between October 23rd of 2016 and December 28th of 2016 I met a seller named Casey Rini who agreed that if paid 12 US dollars for a necklace that was 8 US dollars she would mail me the product. I should have been aware I was being scammed. She scammed me out of 20 US dollars. When I confronted her on February 7th of 2017, she blocked me. I want my money. Hello I'm writing because I just got my phone stolen from someone that built trust on here . I don't expect you to do anything for me but I don't want this to happen to anyone else . His name is Jonny puls on here which I don't even know if that's his real name . I have a number on file for him if you need that. I tried to buy a iTunes card from papa chino and I tried putting iron my account before I paid for it and he took the money from me and the card is no good I called police he is a ### that ripped me off I have kids and I can't afford for this to happen. I wish I could find him and get my money back. There should be a way to catch these crooks to get your money back!

I had a buyer name Liz smith on letgo app. Sold her my Kylie Jenner lip kit and did not pay back. She use a fake western union account to make it seem like she paid already. She said that she wanted to give to to her little sister and sent me an address that seems pretty real. I put her information below. I am hoping no one else get the scam like this . Please put her as a scam and block her for ever buying or selling to anyone.

I was robbed for my stuff after I found out the letgo customer was giving me counterfeit money he had four other guys get out look through my car and took my merchandise I filed a police report but there's not much they can do without this guys name but he is google trusted under letgo. I've been using letgo for a while now and never had a problem until today. I've always depth with reliable people and sent products out while also receiving them. I texted 'Keith' and I will place that conversation in the photo upload section. The pictures should be in order from left to right.

Hello. I have been using letgo for about a year now and have sold numerous things on it. I have done things to keep my privacy down and to always make sure I am doing things in a safe manor. Today I met up with a user name "glo gang" and I was robbed at gun for my iPhone 6. I feel the need to mention something because as a former user (I am never using this site again) and for those who are good hearted who also use this site, there needs to be better protection. I went to a public place, didn't give out my number and only communicated through letgo, all things that you mention are "safe habits" my phone was easily worth $200 and just like that robbed and my life could have been in danger. I hope you make sure that this guys user name is taken off and if any way possible forbidden his phone number for accessing it ever again.
