Lazada / horrible!

I bought a TV from Lazada and it arrived damaged. I tried to reach them via phone but they did not reply. For about two weeks I was calling every day and when they finally replied they said that I need to file my complaint in a written form. I sent them a message and received no reply back.
They ignored me for more than a week and then they said that they did not receive my message and asked me to send it again and I did but received nothing but silence!
I still can't get a replacement, they reply very slowly and when they do, they say and one the same thing - that I need to send them a message with detailed explanation!!
I bet these are just automated messages and no one from Lazada actually wants to help me. Horrible!
