I purchased this on 12/9/17 went home started cooking pulled out the shells to make up tacos and 3 soft shells were moldy and 2 hard shells broken . We were ready to eat and it was freezing out I had to use bread to make sandwiches for my family so we could eat dinner at that point and of course when you want tacos and no tacos happen it is disappointing . I checked the expiration date and it was well in date. I don't think that I would buy this again it felt like a waste of money.

Purchased a bag of Kraft Finely Shredded Parmesan cheese last week. The product is packaged in a resealable plastic bag called "Zip-Pak." The actual contents of the bag (parmesan cheese) are perfectly fine, but the packaging is very poorly made. This is absolutely the worst ziplock-style bag I have ever encountered in all my grocery store purchases. The lining of the top seal does not match up perfectly on both sides of the bag, so the "Zip-Pak" is a struggle to close. It routinely takes me 2-3 minutes to close this bag of parmesan cheese. Come on Kraft, it's a plastic bag. How could you mess that up? I am 100% serious when I say that I will be avoiding Kraft products because this single $5 purchase caused so much more frustration that it should have. Kraft Parmesan Cheese: 8/10. Kraft "Zip-Pak" Bags: 0/10.

Also, I wanted to contact the company just to inform them that I, and several of my neighbors, have also had bad experiences with their product packaging. Like many big companies, I expected there to be an easy-to-use customer support system on their website. Well, it doesn't exist. There isn't even a label on the package that says something like "Have Questions? Call xxx-xxx-xxxx." The company is not easy to contact and they don't seem very open to receiving consumer feedback. I simply wanted to send Kraft Foods a suggestion for how they could improve their products.

I purchased the plastic container holding 6 Pitcher Packs of your drink mix at the large store of WalMart in Vacaville, CA today. Date of expiration: 21 SEP 2019, Lot # DB0606:12 13.

The package itself was difficult to open, I didn't notice it until I tried to open a packet. It spilled all over my kitchen, leaving a fine powder to slip on!

Upon inspection by my husband, a Packaging Engineer, found that the stick pack longitudinal seal was not made correctly and was open on 3 of the packs.

This is not a product I normally purchase, but was to be given to a friend who was visiting. Terrible!

I bought a bag of Kraft string cheese, the mozzarella, from a local grocery store Quality Foods in McCarr, Kentucky, it was really fresh cheese and we thought it would taste amazing. When we opened up the first peice of cheese we took a bite of it and it was extremely salty, so salty we could not eat it. We figured it was just something wrong with that peice, so we decided to try another one and it tasted just as salty. The entire bag of string cheese tatses like that, it is so salty you cant even put it in your mouth. It says its best when used by January 11th 2018.

On today's date, 12/5/2017, my child was eating from a Jello brand chocolate pudding container (exp Feb 2018) when she discovered a foreign object. I will call to make a complaint tomorrow but a very concerned. The approx one inch long object is rubbery and has a distinct shape. My daughter ate some of the pudding and this was in her mouth prior to her spitting it out. I want to have it tested for obvious reasons. We purchased the pudding at HEB in Austin, Texas.

Which of the following products can be used for Orthodox Kosher communities and which ones have animal by-products? Let's start with the cheeses. Seems although all of the block cheeses and the shredded cheeses use to have a Kosher symbol on their packages, why not now? Tell me about the Parmesan cheese process, as well. Jello No Bake Pumpkin Style Pie Dessert pcp# [protected] 9.2 oz. I made this dessert for a family gathering today and when it was served, there was a strong chemical odor and taste to the olden Graham crust. It was so bad we could not eat it. The filling was ok, so we scooped it out with a spoon. Have you had any similar complaints? One of my grandsons did eat a piece, now I'm hoping he dosen't get ill. I purchased a bag of Kraft Polly-O Mozzarella String Cheese, the 48oz bag from Shop Rite, and my kids advised me that they have thrown away 19 of them due to the fact that they were bad (they had mold on them) and many of them were not sealed properly. With this in mind, I threw out the remainder of the bag as I didn't want my children to get sick. As I no longer have the receipt, I cannot get a refund from Shop Rite on the spoiled bag. I am asking Kraft to send me a coupon for a replacement bag. I have the bag that the cheese sticks were in and can mail the bag back to the company. Again, as the string cheese's are not cheap, and I am now out all of that money, I am asking for a coupon for a replacement bag. We eat a ton of your Jello Pudding cups (the vanilla Chocolate swirl). This most recent package I opened has an expiration of Christmas Day, so I have weeks before that date, but when we open them, the pudding almost looks curdled, like the milk is spoiled? It's all separated. I wouldn't allow my daughter to eat it. We spend a lot on Jello, and just wondered if I could get a coupon to offset the price of getting them replaced?

I buy the wild strawberry energy packets and lately they have been hard and if I do desolve them they taste more like raspberry which I hate. I've had this problem before but that was a couple years ago. I buy a lot of this product and mix it 8 packets to a gallon which is expensive. This is my only form of caffeine which I need. I've been throwing this away a few packets from each box for weeks.i just couldn't find the link to make a complaint like I did before. I'm currently trying other drinks with caffeine but I like the crystal light a lot but can't afford to be throwing it away when it's undrinkable. Please fix this problem.

We have always bought triple cheese mac and cheese in the blue box. With macaroni noodles. Now it seems all you make is mini shells? This is a staple in our house and my kids love love love the macaroni noodles with the triple cheese! I have 3 children and we can't afford the single serving microwaveables! Bring back the blue box with macaroni noodles and triple cheese! PLEASE!

There was 3-4 slices that had small partials of plastic in them. I am disgusted mainly because I work for Kraft Heinz in Tulare CA and we do our best for something like this not to happen! My 3 year old was about to eat a slice when I found it. I have photos and a video of it and will go public with it. I always buy Kraft products and never had this happen to me. I am very upset and want this resolved ASAP!

Why in the world would you discontinue a product like Shake n Bake Italian Herb? I know it's been a while since you've discontinued making it but I'm writing to you tonight because my grown daughter wants me to make my "special" chicken fingers for her birthday supper tomorrow evening. Problem is, the special part of them was the Italian herb seasoning from Shake n Bake. I've tried other Italian seasonings and it isn't the same.
Any thoughts of bringing it back?

I bought a big box of Mac N Cheese from Sam's Club. I made a few boxes until my son realized the black things in the Mac were not black peppers but nasty bugs. I could not believe it until I opened an uncooked box and poured the contents in a place and guess what I saw! Nasty bugs still moving. I must have cooked them in with the pasta. Needless to say, my son is now traumatized and will not eat it ever again. He was so sick that day and was throwing up.

I need to speak to someone about this. This is unbelievable!

I have recently purchased your Deluxe mac and cheese-white cheddar and bacon. I have purchased this kind multiple times and the last TWO times I opened the bacon portion, the inside has been moldy and looks nothing like bacon. I have another box in my pantry and I'm sure it will be the same as the others. The main reason my family buys this kind of mac and cheese is for the bacon portion. I feel as though I've been throwing my money away on this product and would hate to not buy it again. I want you to be aware of this issue and be able to fix it, if someone were to not pay attention to the condition of the bacon portion in there someone could get very sick.

2 weeks ago, my wife was making a 7.25 oz box of Kraft Macaroni & Cheese for my children. When she opened the cheese packet, there was a large worm inside! She sent me a picture but unfortunately didn't save the box. Today, I opened a box to find it filled with some kind of insect larvae casings. This is disgusting, what kind of quality control is this? Today's box said "25 Feb 2018, S21 14 25" on it. Despite being a long time user of this product, it will be a long time if ever before I feel comfortable buying it again.

I bought the extra cheesy pizza and it only had two pizza crust inside when it's supposed to have three, it even says 3 on the lid. I'm very upset as it was not enough food on my break at lunch and I was hungry the rest of the day. I want to make sure this doesn't happen again so I don't end up hungry at work again. I'm extremely upset over the fact that I paid almost two dollars and didn't even receive the product I was supposed to.

I bought this from Sainsburys in Brighouse 23.11.17 and took it to work, placed in microwave, noticed a nasty smell and looked inside it was all brown and awfull, Sell by date 07.17 ! not good at all, wont be buying your products again.
It might be Sainsburys at fault but your dates are not clean and clearly the package is not air tight.
I buy your cheese slices often but I wont be doing from now on.

I recently picked up a pack of mini Kraft marshmallows from my local target and when I got home found an unpleasant mushy mess of melted together marshmallows. I'm very upset because I wanted to use them for my kids coco because that is their favorite Autumn snack and now I've wasted money on Kraft marshmallows and could have been better off with the store brand.

Why on earth do you want to play music that is sond sooooooo annoying it pisses people off. Seriously I just wanted a nice baking experience and I was pissed off within one minute of being on your site with that stupid music. I hate it and can't be there. It is not easy to turn music down all the time. For goodness sakes please please change that idiotic cartoon music. I am not 5 years old.
