I opened a brand new package of Kraft Mexican Style Four Cheese expiration fate Sep 22 2017 XCF 84 16:43 B. As I am using it I found hair in the product. I threw away the bag and food I was preparing. I am very highly upset about this as was my children. I worked a 12 hour day to cook my kids a meal and instead had to order out. This is unexpectable. This matter needs to be addressed as soon as possible.

I went to Walmart this morning and purchased 5 of you larger 6 packs of snack packs including jello and pudding. My son opened a strawberry jello and the whole top of the jello cup is full of mold. I checked the experation date and it says 4-28-18. This is unacceptable and dangerous. If my son would have ate this with out realizing he could have gotten very sick.

I bought a Lunchable actually about five Lunchables and in one of them there was this black soft look like maybe a reason it was in the the meat compartment I'm sure it wasn't supposed to be there so I can give you the barcode [protected].. somewhere your quality control messed up I could take pictures of it would like I can send them I don't see where I can attach them to this email.

how many bagel chips the size of a quarter are supposed to be in this snack? perhaps a dozen?...i wouldn't know...at $2.49 /serving, i opened this container up and found nothing but broken chips, crumbs...try to use the crumbs in the dip...the taste of the dip is good, but what a disappointment...unlikely that i would spend my money on this product again...

This is probably the best complaint your company has gotten in a while after reading the complaints you already have gotten. My complaint is simple, how can you sleep at night charging the prices you do for a box of Kraft Macaroni and Cheese. I just paid $6 for 4 boxes of kraft macaroni and cheese. I know that your profit margin on this product is out the roof. I read one email from a woman who wanted to know if you could send her some damaged boxes of macaroni and cheese she is so poor. I hope God finds some saving grace in you when you die, because I don't. Eugenia Faust

Opened package and in corners it has this black material in the corner and it's very gross. I have pictures and production date in attached. I always buy this cheese it's one of my favorites but I won't buy again. Please look into this someone could get very sick. Black spots were in one corner and on that end of the cheese. Looks almost like mold.

We bought the Kraft combo turkey breast and ham at Walmart. We almost always buy your product, but this time the ham was simply not edible. Once we opened the package, we found that the ham was not to the typical standards we've become accustomed to. It is gross and is mostly just fat.

We would like to request a coupon for a replacement, so we can buy another product that is edible.

I recently splurged and bought a large can of Planters Deluxe Whole Cashews at a local WalMart. The can info is 06MAR19 1843 X2. The canister has several globs of an unknown origin. They appear to be pieces of nuts - not sure if they are cashews or peanuts - that appear to be glued together. They are pretty disgusting. I would appreciate a refund of the purchase price of 8.99 and an explanation of what on earth the substance is.

I opened a new box of Velveeta yesterday 06/13/2017 & found a disgusting substance in the corners of the package. I have no idea what it could be, but I will most likely never buy Velveeta again. Pictures are attached along with the lot# of the package. You may want to check into it. We are hoping to not become ill. Feedback appreciated. I do not have a purchase receipt as we do not keep grocery receipts.

I bought a 32-pack package of Knox Unflavored Gelatin from Von's on Lyons Ave., Newhall, CA on May 25, 2017.

When I opened it to use it, gelatin spilled all over and I discovered that 4 of the packages had been all scrunched up and busted open in the packing process.

I realize this is a pretty small loss, and I am not really asking for anything, but I just thought you should be aware.

I suspect the sonic welder is set to "hot". I have to mangle the cheese slice of perform an operation on each one.

I am applaud of the surrounding and setting at which our products are packaged at. As a customer how can one truly just a product if its factory has messes like this. So we customers are getting dirty packages, that could possibly be contamination. If this is how the finished product is going out I can only imagine what is actually been packaged. How are they able to inspect and make sure the best quality is out. How do we as customers know that gloves are being worn, aprons are being worn, that machines are actually cleaned? How? Bought a bag today to try. The 3 that I was able to peel away from the bag were ok, but the sticky mess (and by mess I mean worse than when you roast them and get sticky and messy...MUCH worse than that).
The flavor idea is a great one. But go back to the drawing board for packaging. Normally there is 'some' are inside the bag to allow for movement of the marshmallows. Not these. This bag was vacuum sealed...which is a good idea for cheese...bad idea for marshmallows. Horrible. Had to throw them out. The remaining mallows were too stuck to the bag to make the attempt yo enjoy them worthwhile. Sad.

Where's the cheese?

In the last year or so I am finding the quality of your products have gone down dramatically. I used two boxes of mac and cheese tonight and there was no cheese flavor at all. I understand wanting to produce the product cheaply but it does no good to degrade it to the point people won't buy it any longer. I am no longer a customer.

I bought a 12 pack of Mac and Cheese from Costco yesterday and when I made it I found a bug in it after stirring. See pictures attached. This will not deter our family from purchasing Kraft products but it is very disappointing as we were not at home when we made it and my son is a very picky eater. So, he ended up having a waffle for dinner, !which is not what he wanted - he's 6 years old.

I shop at the Giant Food store in Bowie, Maryland and for some reason they only have the small (Cheese Glass) jars of Old English and Pimento cheeses available during holidays. Why is that 1) the store doesn't order it, or 2) Kraft doesn't stock it in our Giant store. The Old English is my favor cheese, and I would buy it every week, if available, when I shop.

In the box of Kraft Shake and Bake I purchased both shaker bags were sealed in the middle with both the top and bottom ends opened making them useless. I had no other baggies on hand, so I ended up pouring the shake and bake crumbs into a bowl in order to cover the chicken breasts I was attempting to bake. While an easy fix - it was quite messy, and defeats the purpose and idea behind the Shake and Bake product.
