I want to bring your attention to something that I found in your sour cream today. It appears to be either glass or plastic. I didn’t strain the rest of it to find out if there was more in there. I noticed it when I made breakfast with 2 eggs and fresh spinach leaves. It couldn’t be in the eggs and highly doubtful it was in the washed spinach leaves.

I have added some photos for your review. Please contact me and let me know if you need me to send this back to your company for analysis. I was going to return it to the store for a credit but thought I would check with you first. Fortunately, I did not crack a tooth but it did ruin my appetite and not sure if I swallowed more or if there is more in the container.

I found a large sliver of glass in my macaroni & Cheese while eating! 3/10/2017 I cooked a box of Kraft mac and cheese. I stirred in the cheese and while eating it crunched down on a piece of clear glass sliver about 2 inches long!. I threw the rest away! I purchased the box at my local Wal-Mart in Harrisonville MO. The expiration date on the box is 03 SEP 2017 S22 09:21. UPC [protected] / [protected]. I cut the back of my throat! I want it investigated so it doesn't happen to anyone else! I was lucky I didn't swallow it!

I have recently opened my third container of crystal light lemon ice tea mix that makes 2 quarts. And continue to have the same problem with the contents, when I add the water and try to drink it, the lemon is over powering, and overpowers the tea flavor, I have never had a problem with this before and have always been happy with the product. All of the bags have an expiration date of 22Aug18.

Hi Iam a very frequent user of Kraft products, today I was in total shock when I opened a box of mac n cheese with bacon Micro pack, the smell and look was awful, I have used this product on many many occiaions as my kids n grand son love them, I'm totally disgusted with this, it's all in date and been properly sealed, it has some sort of gel in some parts of the food and of course the smell and colour, Iam willing to send you these photos as prof . This has never looked or smelt like this before, so I know something is very wrong

I purchased a package of these on February 22, 2017. They are supposed to come in a six pack but the one I purchased had only 5. What is weird is the package is sealed and doesn't look tampered with.
I Have never had this problem before. My three children love these and the other problem was that they split these up between the three of them. I am hoping you can help with this.

I bought two value packs of Kraft Dinner from Sobeys that expire in July 2017 and August 2017. In about ten boxes of Kraft dinner I have found little black specks. At first I assumed it was my pot and continued making KD, day after day. I finally looked it up and found out other people have this problem and that it might be flour bugs or metal! I'm disgusted by kraft dinner as of right now want and explaination!

My refrigerator is full of Kraft products. My favorite is Miracle Whip!
But, I can't condone your support of this deplorable man. I'm sure your company employs many people he has bashed. So sad!

Do you not hear the daily lies from this man who you support? Mocking disabled people? Gold star families? People of all races and religions? (Even his own Daughter converted to Judiasm which means he mocks her as well), Judges? Women? Do you want him grabbing your daughters pussy? (Hello! He knew he had a mic on!)

I will be changing my buying strategies and telling all my Facebook contacts.

While boiling the macaroni, I noticed these things floating in the water, upon closer examination, I discovered that they were some kind of worm, or maggot. So I looked into the box and found that there were more inside the box. I ended up dumping bow boxes that I had boiling into the garbage and I am so disgusted that I almost fed that to my children!

Salad is my favorite thing to eat and I love dressing. I have used several of your dressings and was pleased. Today I bought this flavor to try. I'm so glad I tried it before putting it on my salad. It was awful. It tastes like chemicals. I checked the expiration and its 9/15/2017. I am really disappointed I wasted my money. If we could resolve this issue by refund or replacement I would appreciate it. I've never tasted anything like it before and would definitely advise people not to buy it.

I purchased this new product from my local supermarket. It is supposed to taste like eating cheese cake. I purchased the cherry one. It has one container of "cheese" and one container of "cherries". This was one of the worst things I have ever tasted. Because it is the "Philadelphia" brand I was expecting it to be top notch. Was so disappointed. Couldn't eat it. Threw it in the garbage. So disappointed.

I don't like your pouches. I just got a coupon $1.00 but I won't be using it because I am devoted to the good old-fashioned boxes which I've been using all my life and which stack on a shelf in my pantry. The flavor and type of jello or pudding is marked on the end. Very easy to spot the one I want. I have always at least a dozen boxes on hand. It is much harder to store and see what I've got with pouches.

I purchased a box of the sweet and spicy wheat thins on January 29th from my local Giant food store in Pottstown PA and it has zero seasoning. They are completely plain wheat thins, this is very disappointing. Top of box has a sell by date of 25May17 AX105. USB is [protected]. I purchase wheat thins in the various flavors on a weekly basis, and this is not the first time this has occurred, I have also had this same issue with the ranch and tomato and basil flavor. I am hesitant to continue to buy this product due to continuous lack of flavor. I do not typically complain but something needs to be done about this issue. I would like a replacement box and I would like someone to investigate their seasoning process to ensure this issue is resolved.

I purchased this item at Publix in Greer, SC. It was well within the date when we removed the plastic seal to use it. Much to our surprise, it was green! It was completely covered in mold. The code on the bottom is 20 JUL 2017 0453 Bv 04. The bar code is [protected]. It is an 8 oz carton of Cool Whip lite.

I would appreciate a refund for the cost of this item.

Hello, our family buys the above noted peanut butter in the 2 kg container on a monthly basis but I believe the most recent one that I purchased is a bad batch or something. The peanut butter is hard and grainy - almost as it is partially frozen, but it's not. We keep it in the pantry. It's very hard to get it out with a butter knife.

I would like to request a refund.

I recently brought a box of your velveeta rotini & cheese with broccoli. Well yesterday when I fixed it for dinner the only broccoli that was in there was 3 pieces of the stem there was no pieces of broccoli in there. The picture on the box is false advertising it is showing a lot of broccoli in there. I paid more money for this box because I thought it would be good. I will never buy this again.

My box stated there was 9.4 oz in the box I went to go make it and decided I would check 2 see if there really was 9.4 oz in the box and there was barely 8. No big deal this time but I will be checking from now on.I mean it still would be considerate to offer some sort of coupon or some sort I still payed for a 9.4oz box and barely got 8oz's just saying.

I did cook a bad box of kraft mac and cheese today. The majority of the noodles in the box were long, thin noodles like rice. I just poured the box into the boiling water and didn't realize until they were cooked. Because the noodles were so thin, they got pretty mushy. I have a picture attached for reference. I would love a replacement box of mac, if possible!

Just opened one up and it had white mold over a significant portion. Checked package and expiration date is April 17, 2017. Under date it had: XCK 60 10:22 2. Would appreciate a refund or coupon to replace. Purchased, I believe, at Stop and Shop in Portchester, NY.. I have been purchasing this product for several months now, and this is the first incident where there was a problem.

Twice in the past two I've cooked the velvet mac (in yellow box) and it taste horrible. My kids says it taste like the cheese is made with too much water and noodles are salty. We also love the Velveeta dinner boxes but I'm truly considering not purchasing anymore. I'm a working mother so coming home to prepare something quick is a must for me. I'm seriously thinking of switching back to Hamburger Helper for our box dinners and I'm not sure yet on the mac but most definitely will probably be switching

I purchased a single serving microwave mac and cheese. Followed the instructions on everything. And it came out like soup. It was very bland and I had to eat it with a spoon. For what I had to pay for it wasn't worth it at all
