SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / candy crush saga

I lost all of my power ups. This it the 4th time this year and 2nd within a month. The gold and mail stays, but all bonuses I've earned are gone. I haven't reset the system either, just gone! I'm not a company, I'm a consumer, so I don't know why this complaint board wants a companies name.and why so many characters. I said what I needed to say in a few short sentences. I hope this useless rambling fills the void!
