On July 16, I ordered two rings. I received the rings, but was very disappointed in the quality, so I e-mailed the company and asked how to return them. Thus began the circus. I rec'd no answer the first time, then a response e-mail that didn't have the information, but did offer me a 15% off coupon if I would make an exchange. I asked again for the address, and three e-mails later, they asked for a photo. I sent photos. They said they couldn't see them, even though I sent cc's to my two emails, and I could see them. I sent the photos again. Four days--nothing. I e-mailed again (can't get through on the phone #), and this time got a response that since I was past the 30 days, they could only exchange, not refund. What a terrible business!
