JA802D1 ELECTRIC GRILL review: Does NOT work!

Ireceived the Electric Grill and the 1st. time I used it (Today to make Sunday Dinner) It quit working about 1/2 way through cooking time! I had to finish cooking the meat in a different method. I am VERY upset about this, and would like to have my money refunded PLUS the postage & handling I paid to have you send it to me! This was very embrassing, as I had dinner guests who witnessed the whole thing!

Thank you kindly & I am sure as a long time customer since 1959, that you will resolve this issue for me!
