Ideal Image has worked amazingly for me. They are very honest about what your results will be and as far as making an appointment goes, they are extremely flexible and are always willing to fit you in and work around your schedule. I personally recommend Ideal Image (Tampa, Fl) and disagree with all the negative comments.

I had an amazing experience at Ideal Image Tampa, fl. I completely agree with the above. GREAT INVESTMENT FOR YOUR OWN PERSONAL HYGIENE.

I started treatment on my bikini at the Albuquerque location nearly three years ago. I had sugared for years and REALLY had problems with severe ingrowns. It was affecting my relationship with my boyfriend and my self esteem. The ingrowns were also so bad that they frequently required medical treatment. I really didn't know what to do.

As all of my friends can attest, I am the biggest skeptic and the most "thrifty" person around. I did a little bit of research before going into Ideal Image for my consultation. First of all, I was pleased that they only have nurses do treatments. With the severity of my ingrowns, I was really concerned that this would not end well. I went in and felt comfortable right away. The consultant, Kimberly, answered all of my questions (I had a LOT!) and signed me up for the package of nine treatments. I signed up during a promotion, but it was still just under $2000 (which is a LOT for me.) The first treatment was a little painful, but so was the sugaring I had been doing so it wasn't too different. I decided to go ahead and get the numbing cream they offered and that helped a LOT and I would highly suggest it. I was really red and a little bumpy afterward, which they said was normal and meant the hairs reacted well to the laser. I (still skeptical) was worried about the bumps and the hair that looked like it was growing FAST right after treatment (I called and the nurse assured me again that it was normal and that the hair was shedding.) It wasn't until about a month later when the hair had all fallen out that I started to understand that this would be amazing. And 90% of my ingrowns were gone after the first treatment and ALL of them were gone after the second! ALL OF THEM! To me, this was just as important, or more, than the hair being gone.

So after I was done with all of my treatments about 95% of my hair was gone. I was a little surprised it wasn't ALL gone with nine treatments, but seriously, there were maybe 10 hairs I had to go back to get touched up after the nine treatments; I was very happy to pay the $40 to touch those up (less than a waxing appointment!) because I no longer have to deal with the painful, ugly ingrown hairs. It had been over a year since that last touch-up and I have been super smooth since then.

I tell everyone I know about the great results I had Ideal Image. I even tell them I would have paid DOUBLE what I paid (and I really am cheap) because it made such a huge difference in my life. I do not understand how people could not LOVE this. Yes, it is expensive. Yes, there is a big long contract (read what you sign, people!) But I was given realistic expectations and feel I got what I paid for, and then some. If I hadn't just moved to California (where there isn't a location), I would be adding more areas! Please call me when you get an Ideal Image close to San Francisco and I'm all yours!

Don't buy into the ideal image corporate bull. They have lawyers on staff to tell you how wrong you are for getting ripped off. Customer service will get you nothing.

Fight back. Most states have consumer protection laws. Regardless of what the contract says, If you were lied to to get you to sign it, it is void. Ban together. It is the only way to make this multi million dollar corporation, quit hurting the American people.

I have not got any service and longer want any service esp. after reading all the reviews. Wish I had done it before I got trapped into something that I cannot get a refund. Was not told there was a contract or agreement. Or that I couldn't get a refund if nothing has been done!

I would also like to join in on this lawsuit. I payed for services not rendered … every time I try to make an appointment they say somethings wrong with my account I take days off of work, so not only am I losing out on about $400 a day I’ve had to reschedule twice and now when I called they don’t even answer the phone. Do they have caller ID? Seem so nobody wants to get back to me. They can’t even get the management to call me back and tell me what’s going on …

It is a theft when you take money and don’t perform the services.

I had coolscuplting with ZERO results . The first treatment I asked the nurse if I was a candidate and if this procedure works .She stated I would need to complete ALL the treatment sessions for results . I would ask the same question after each session . I was almost done completing the sessions the nurse admitted to me I was NEVER a candidate for the treatment .She stated it was in my notes it basically was NOT going to work. The nurse doesn't agree with the practice of IDEAL IMAGE . I stopped the sessions and ask for a refund . I receive rude responses . IDEAL is giving me pushback and not willing to provide a full refund . I have been trying since October ,2022 . This is a ripoff and VERY MISLEADING . Can someone please advise

I would love to be in this lawsuit as well. Paid $3000 for cool sculpting and there was no change. I was very misled that I would see results and I didn’t. When I spoke to customer service they said the results are different for everyone and some see no change. If I knew there was a chance I’d see zero results I wouldn’t have done this. Customer service was zero help and I don’t know how to proceed from here to get my money back. What a total scam. This company preys on people and scams them.

I have paid a ton of money for treatments and this afternoon I'm going back for a consultation because I still have significant hair growth everywhere execept my bikini area. They have already laid the groundwork for offering me 2 "free" treatments and said that the dark hair on my legs and underarms may have light roots and that is why the treatments didn't work. Shouldn't they have checked the roots before I did any treatments and paid a lot of money? Very disappointing experience so far but remaining hopeful they make it right.

To WorkingGal24: I think you were/are the vast minority. The company read the negative (and TRUE) complaint, and used you as a pawn to cover up its Ponzi scheme. By the way, you probably are not a blond...this company discriminates against blondes...and anyone over 40! You have been duped. Wake up, this company IS FULL OF CRIMINALS. I am suing them as I type this.

I read this whole page (the goods and bads) of ideal image and there was alot of dispute so i decided to find out for myself. I went in for a consultation and there was no pressure to buy, the lady was super sweet. It did seem pricy so I went home and talked about it with my husband I called back and said I wanted to go forward with it. She got me right in the next day and it was a little painful but beauty is pain ladies :) I have just finished my underarms and absolutly love it I used to hate shaving and my underarms were always so dry . I love ideal image and no one has ever been rude to me I actually enjoy going in there and getting a free coffee lol . I referrred three friends and got money off the next treatment I am goin to add is my legs and bikini and cannot wait so dont listen to everything you hear on the internet I guess its different for everyone but I would recommend ideal image anyday I should be on there commercial call me ideal image will do it for a free

I believe they say everything to make a sale. I did not have hair removal done but paid over $2500 for cool sculpting which they promised I would defiantly notice a difference with the one treatment because I just have a small area that I can't lose. No difference, nobody around that made those promises. had a new girl today that didn't even know how to pull up the old & new photo's and was trying to convince me there was a lose. Not true at all! It is all about sales, not happy customers! AVOID There are much better places

it was crystal clear to me when i read the "Life time guarantee"
the guarantee they give is you pay 10% of the price of the treatment package every other time you want to come in.

What is even gayer about this gurantee is that they JACKED UP the price of my package and showed a payment i never made. That way they use the HIGHER price to do the 10% adjustment. Here is the scam i am talking about:

I paid $7000 for my treatment package.
THey show on the billing $10 000 minus a $3000 payment

so when you go for the extra treaments, they charge 10% of $10 000
NOT 10% of $7000 which was the regular price

On 6/20/22 I spoke with Josephine E about the cool sculpting procedure, we talk about it and I decided to sign up for service, I didn’t receive an invoice so I reached on earlier today to request an itemized invoice, I was told they couldn’t provide me with an itemized invoice and the rep hang up, I called back and spoke with two other Rep they all rude and unprofessional, I decide to go ahead and cancel because I'm not spending thousands of dollars just to be treated like [censored]. Nicky. F at the corporate office told me she would send in the request for cancellation and refund and provide me a case number. The conversation did not sit well with me, so I called back and asked for a manager, the manager Abigail Z was unapologetic, rude, and had an attitude. She stated she will not be refunding me despite the fact it’s been less than 24hrs and no service or product was provided to me, and she is in the highest position at the corporate office. she also threaten me saying she was going to note the accounts with lies saying I was rude to make sure I don't get my money back.

I was scammed by Linda Elliott at ideal image she scammed me to apply for credit to see if it work and said it won’t hurt my credit and tapped into that card service to take the money. The credit retail company fortiva works along side them as well

I also had a free consultation almost ten years ago, ruined my credit and still getting collections over it. Have tried to resolve it with no luck.

I also put in a dispute with Chase health Advance. Unlike others, I have had nothing at all done by Ideal Image, Just a large charge. Good luck with your case.

I was pressured into singing a loan contract through ally for laser hair removal. Five mins after they got me sign it they were unreachable and it was after hours to reach ally. Is there a time period I have to cancel?

Whenever I would try to make appointments there was nothing available for a long ways out on the calendar. Then I find out I have a time limit to use the amount that I prepaid! I have tried to use my appointments as much as I could get scheduled. So far, I have seen no results of fat loss or inches lost! I feel this is a huge scam!

Force selling did not explain what I was signing stated I was signing for treatment. Currently deploying however they are refusing to cancel service even though I will not be in the States for 4 years

I called to get more info about coolsculting then I was manipulated to get a loan from ally to get coolsculting. Went twice to do the 45 mins for coolsculting. Now I have a loan that needs to be paid back 5 almost 6000 dollars for 2 sessions. That didn't work by the way so I am interested in filing a lawsuit.

I have had 8 sessions of cool sculpting and it did not work. Not 5% to 20%…nothing! They where rude about my results and just told me o-well! I am so devastated about the whole ordeal! I had an issue with the machine popping off the area I was getting done! And once they did it again it left a pigmentation on my skin and I have more to tell!

I had an IPL facial and ended up with burns all over my face. My appointment was on 9/6/22 at the Lakewood Facility. I went back 2 days later and she took pictures there was no,” we are so sorry about this”. She said, did you go in the sun? And we will send it to our medical director. Whom I still have not heard from.

I wanted to take time and think about it, consultant Mari advised me that i can always cancel as long as it’s within the 3 days from the day we discussed the whole process. She advised me that I could take 3 days to think about it, but they still charged my card and now they are telling me that I am now committed to it, and that they can’t give me back my $3k even if I don’t go through the process! WHAT A SCAM!….THIEVES! LIARSSS! The fact that they do this people is so AWFUL! I will never trust companies like these ever again!….
