To Whom It May Concern:

I want to cancel my 5-day trial membership with HugeGame effective immediately/today, Friday, April 21, 2017. I have been unable to reach anyone with the phone numbers provided on the company's website to cancel the membership myself. Please advise at your earliest, possible convenience. I would greatly appreciate it.

    Hi,

    I took out a 5-day trial membership with HugeGame and cancelled it the same day via your e-mail confirmation of the the membership. This was ignored and you went on to debit my account on two occasions.

    I am giving you a formal instruction to cancel this with immediate effect/today, Tuesday, February 12, 2019.
    Please advise at your earliest, possible convenience if this has been done as I feel that because I did cancel my 5-day trial your debiting my credit card is unauthorized.
