Booking no. [protected] tried to ring customer services at your company for 2 weeks, cannot get through, I booked the hotel with hotelsclick and paid £94.75 immediately on the 14/11/18 & received a confirmed voucher booking which I printed off. On the 28/11/18 I received an email stating technical reasons had caused an administration problem that you couldn t guarantee the confirmation (even though I had a confirmed voucher booking) it was cancelled by you on the 12/12/18 and noted that a refund would follow within 15 days, this didn t happen, then on the 14/01/2019 an email was received stating you regretted that it was not possible to follow the refund procedures because of world economical issues that had surfaced. I will wait 15 days for my refund of £94.75, otherwise I will have no alternative to take the matter further, yours respectfully jonathan hoyle

    ik heb geboekt op 14-11-2018 H2018-90863 betaald 749.25 Bevestiging ontvangen. 12-12-2018 cancelled en ook
    een mail erbij dat binnen 15 dagen geld terug zou zijn nu op 6-2-2019 nog niets. Vandaag een onduidelijk mailtje ge-
    kregen dat het nog wel even kan duren wegens problemen. en TRIVAGO BEDANKT VOOR HET DOOR STUREN VAN DE BOEKING
