I got a golds gym account at the Waxahachie location. My schedule changed and I also was not pleased with the class instructors. I asked to cancel my membership. I was told that since I cancelled within 30 days I would get my money right back. I have been waiting for 2 weeks to get my money back. I have called the gym numerous times for answers. I was told something different every time I called. The manager refused to speak with me almost every time I called. When I was finally able to speak with her she was rude and not helpful in assisting me to get some resolution or answers. Each time I called when I started to explain my issue the employees would get rude and short with me on the phone. I still do not have my money back in my account. And the gym has refused to give me a phone number to a corporate office or higher personnel to contact.
