I purchased a claddaugh ring for my son for a communion gift, when it came in a size too small I sent it back for a larger size to one of the addresses recommended, I chose the Ireland address for I thought my ring would be returned sooner (it wanted me to send to NY then they would send to Ireland on my behalf then I would get my exchange). I sent this in the beginning of July 2014 and have yet to receive my exchange, I have called the customer service number only to be told that the representatives are off the phones and responding to high volumes of emails, so with that I sent an email explaining what I did only to get an auto reply. I have emailed consistently since July trying every so often to call and getting no response. I have marked all my messages URGENT within the last 4 - 5 months and have recently started threatening with having phoned authorities but nothing changes in my responses. I am going to attempt to get my money back from Paypal but its been too long.
