glade sense & spray
I bought 4 of these from Aldi in Lye West Midlands. As you can see the spray when landing has caused my window sill paint to peel off. I really think you should put a warning on the box about this as it's just not right. £20 down the drain as I have now binned them all and I am not happy ! I do not have the receipt as once I saw them working I didn't think I would need it.. These photos were taken approx 3 weeks after using !

plug in/ candles
I brought the plug in refills but couldn't smell anything because I think the plug in itself has gone out... So it burn out the refill so I feel like I waste my money after this experience.. And with the candle they burn out so fast they don't even last a week... I'm ask how can I have this issue solve because love y'all products but I can't keep feeling like I'm wasting my money cause I'm paying full price for these products?
berry pop 269ml can
I bought a refill can of berry pops from an Asda store quite a way from me. Popped it into my glade case and it's not spraying out the spray cap, it's coming out from the bit you fit into the can and cap. Forming in the neck of the can and not doing anything. Gutted as this is my favourite scent and quite hard to come across now. I have attached pictures, unable to take video as it runs down side of can and into the glade casing out the bottom and onto the side. But you can see from the picture where it's pooling and it's clearly not spraying out top.

glade spray air fashioner
I sprayed the product in my bathroom and left the room, When I returned the tile floor was extremely slick, the product must have dripped on the floor.
I have health conditions that would make it very difficult if I fell (Rheumatoid arthritis, nephropathy and herniated disks in lower back. I am 69 years old.
A warning on the can about avoiding accidental spraying on tile floors would perhaps avoid someone else falling.
If I had fallen I would have filed a lawsuit.

This is not the first time I've had issues with Glade products, which have been thrown away and this has also not been limited to your refills, but also the units they are placed in which have been broken by the faulty refills and the excessive amount of spray that has accumulated on the moving parts as shown in the attached pictures
I would appreciate you providing adequate compensation, for example, by issuing vouchers for replacements as you will be well aware that your products, both refills and spray units, ARE NOT CHEAP, in the UK and confidence in your products as a purchasing customer, is extremely low, given the amount of faulty Glade items I have purchased from reputable outlets!
I will also consider other social media platforms over which to complain about your products as I am sick and tired of being ‘ripped-off' by inconspicuous manufacturers such as yourselves!

glade air freshener unit
Air freshener unit stopped working soon after purchase, the unit also leaked an oil like liquid which went over my radiator cover. I purchased a new re fill and put in new batteries but unfortunately it still didn't work.I have purchased a number of your products and have up until now been satisfied. As you are aware these products are not cheap. I just wanted to make you aware of possible problems

I bought your new pop glade automatic spray on the 18/05/19 at home bargains store in fox valley, Stockbridge Sheffield South Yorkshire. When I got it home and set it up it stopped working after 5 mins. I haven't had it working since. I have still got the receipt, but was told to complain to glade online. I buy many glade products to keep my house smelling nice but after a few months the break and stop working I currently have 3 that has done that it is the brown ones. I have changed the batteries and air freshener but they still won't work I find my self buying new every few months. I currently just bought four new ones that so far working. I don't like complaining but they are expensive when they keep having to be replaced.

I have purchased 3 of these candles and they would burn part way and I would turn wick as told to and only burnt them so long but they only burnt about a 3rd of way down and then would only burn a little and stop burning. I will not but they because I spent to much money for your candles and for them not to burn right I can't afford to buy more. You must have a problem but I can't recommend them to friends since they don't burn right. I have been buying glade candles for years but this has made me decide to choose another. To spend that much on your candles and then to not get a good one is absolutely unacceptable.I can be reached at [protected] and I threw them out because they wouldn't burn. air freshener in the bottle with the wooden sticks
I purchased this item and last night it was accidentally knocked over on my table leaking some of the air freshener. I have just purchased my new table a week ago grim Oakland furniture store for short of £600 ! The air freshener was wiped up however it has stained and stripped the wax off the table . I am absolutely devastated and can not believe the damage it as caused to my brand new table, this will not be able to repair, it is totally ruined it .

Glade air freshener spray / Too wet. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! After you spray it in the air, it falls to the floor and leaves the floor very WET. I sprayed my livingroom which has carpet and a stretch of tile. The spray left the carpet and tile wet and I slipped and fell tearing a ligament in my foot (extremely painful) resulting in an ER visit, cast and stuck in the bed for two weeks until my foot heals. This product is hazardous.

I brought Glade Sense & Spray® Automatic Freshener from Pak & Save Petone, Lower Hutt, Wellington, New Zealand. After using it for two days, i found Eyes and Nose irritation. I stopped using it now and got the refund from Pak & Save. However, i still feel pain & irritation on my eyes..
Though I got the refund for the product, but i feel that this product is not good for public use, so I make this as request to ban this product in New Zealand.

I have a Glade automatic air freshener which had run out. Whilst changing the canister of the air freshener and closing the unit it made a hissing noise so I assumed I had not aligned the nozzle correctly and adjusted it. When trying to close it the second time it burst into flames! It was a fire ball which I dropped in a natural reaction, ran to get a wet cloth to put it out. This burnt my carpet badly and left me extremely shaken.

I have been buying glad force flex bags from sams club for years and I am not pleased with the changes that glade has made to the bags. The plastic is thinner and tears easier the black drawstrings are the worst they have ever been. You can not cinch the bag together with out one side of the drawstring coming out, so then you must carry the trash out from the top of the trash bag. Thinking I may have to switch my trash bag brand. Not loving the changes!
frebreeze clip on air freshener
I clipped the air freshener on my vent and it leaked out slowly on my dash..melting the plastic. Moved it to another vent while cleaning up the mess and it stained my trim. Had to get Goo Gone but it didn't work. It melted my Honda accord 2012 interior and now looks like crap. Thr plastic. Is melted so bad that i had to scrape the melted part off and then will have to sand it or replace it. This stuff leaked everywhere and any place where there is plastic? Or melted. And now I have to replace these parts from the dealer. Awful.product And should be pulled from the shelves of any market
I am sorry this happened to you. I used a Glade Plug in air freshener and it ate a hole in my floor.
Seriously, today I walked past the wall and noticed a hole eaten away through our new flooring. A Glade plug in was located in the outlet directly above it and had a very small leak. It is not located near a heat source of any kind.
The hole was not there last night, so this happened in a days time. Here is my concern? If whatever is in these fragrance bottles can eat a hole through brand new flooring, why would I want to breathe these fumes? What about the safety of infants? I called Glade to report this. They wanted to send me a $50 dollar check! I would instead like my floor repaired.

I have used Glade air spray for years. I always liked it, and preferred the fragrances to those of other brands of air spray. My recent purchase of the "new soft mist" has been disappointing. bad taste
I do realise that companies have to find ways to advertise their products. But do we really need a child talking to his mother that he needs to take a POO. My whole family think this is in very bad taste. Not only do we have to put up with this advert, but this is just one that has gone over the top. Plus the fact that this is shown at mealtimes just makes it that much more degrading.
I am seriously thinking of complaining to the appropriate authorities.

I've used Glade for over 40 years. Loved the fragrance, nice quality and a decent price. Recently something has changed in the formula, and the spray leaves a wet mess everywhere it's sprayed. We are looking for a different product now. If this problem gets resolved, I will begin purchasing Glade again. But I am done until then.
I have just bought this car air freshener yesterday 23/9 at AEON Maluri, Cheras. I have thrown away the packaging and receip. Today 24/9 I noticed that the air freshener is leaking and damaged my car! This is so disappointing and make me feel so sad because my car is just 2 months old and this [censored] happened to me! This is very oily and makes floor slippery, for those of us with hard wood or laminate flooring, please go back to original. The scent was long lasting and no oily residue.

I have ordered your automatic spray refills from Amazon. The issue I'm having is that some of the nozzles came broken already. What can we do to resolve this matter? Greatly would appreciate some feedback.
Your plug is I only use in half aside, and they cost too much to only use one side and it is dangerous because the light keeps blinking on and off saying I need to refill it however, one side is empty and one side is half full, so do I go and buy a whole new package and get Jup again? Can you refund me my money for the unused products.

I have always used Glade sprays because it doesn't leave everything wet like Febreeze air freshener sprays but now your new spray leaves everything soaked just like Febreeze. Terrible change. I won't be purchasing again. Very sad, I liked the sea salt fragrance but not all wet on my floor or toilet.
