I have used Glade air spray for years. I always liked it, and preferred the fragrances to those of other brands of air spray. My recent purchase of the "new soft mist" has been disappointing. First off, noted it is now 8 ounces, instead of 9, but the same price. But my biggest complaint is, it leaves everything it falls on wet. The commode is wet and has to be wiped off and the tile floor is wet, making it slippery. At my age, I don't need a slippery floor and don't like having to be sure to wipe my feet everytime to keep from slipping or tracking it onto the adjacent room's carpet.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
We have used Glade spray for years but lately when you spray it you get WET, your carpet, flooring, pets, get WET! It is so disgusting! I Keep buying it thinking you will have fixed it but nope, it's still spraying totally WET! Not buying it anymore!
Same here! So very disappointing and absolutely ridiculous! What happened, Glade?
I have a complaint very similar to those above. The nozzle stopped working when there is apparently plenty of liquid left in the can, like 3/4. This happens repeatedly but I wont make the same mistake again. You get what you pay for. .99 a can at Walmart. Too good to be true.
Same complaint as others. The nozzle clogs. You can shake it
and hear the liquid but even with trying to open the nozzle hole it no longer
sprays. Very frustrating and has happened three times now. No more Glade
for us.
I don't like how the spray gets everything wet when I use it and I am not even a fall risk. I sprayed it in my bathroom this evening and walked away. I went in there about 10 minutes later and I almost slipped and fell. I wouldn't feel bad if I had fallen but if my toddler had fallen, that would be a different story. I don't remember these sprays wetting down a room. Even my carpeting is noticeably moist. Its not like its a febreze spray where its supposed to get things damp! I'm very dissatisfied with this product. My father is as well. He has a very sensitive sense of smell, to the point where the wrong air freshener will give him violent headaches. The same spray for years that never gives him headaches now does in this new bottle. What's with that? He isn't the first person I have heard lodge this complaint. I would like to know what could be causing that.
I did fall, and fractured a rib. Glade spray makes bathroom tiles super slippery. I like the Cashmere Woods fragrance but will no longer buy it, and I'll be warning others.
I am so tired of buying your spray and cannot get all the spray out, it just stops please c

I ALSO BOUGHT THEE NE GLADE AIR FRESHENER, WHAT I FOUND I S THAT AFTER UNING IT 3 TO 4 TIMES IT STOPPED WORKNG. THE SPRAY NOZZEL JUST STOPPED WORKING. I HAD BOUGHT 3 AT CVS RX FOR 1.99 AND 3 AT WALMART FOR .99 THIS IS THE NEW SOFT SPRAY A RIPOFF NOW WHAT AAND IT SUCKS. I CANT FIND ANY OF THE OLD CANS. WHAT AM I TO DO ? I GUESS TAKE THE LOSS, HUH.
