Geicoclaim deployment

My claim was filed on November 9 an nothing what so ever to get my car fix has been done.everytime I call no one answer my call sometimes my auto adjust on my policy send texts saying she will call me back n never do.See the Top 10 Worst Complaints in Houston, TXwhat am left with is they have to rewrite a policy that shouldn't be rewrite because everything is covered under my policy.even the investigated on my cause refuse to answer my cause this is terrible customer services.
