FlyDealFare / TTL Holidays - worst of the worst

For an unknown reason, these cowboys forgot to notify me that my flight had several changes and when I arrived at the airport I found out I missed my flight. Obviously, it wasn't my fault, so I called them to ask for my money back.
I was on hold for about 40 minutes before someone picked up the phone. They said that a full refund is impossible and what they can do now is to give me a coupon.
You can't imagine how infuriated I was, but they gave me no choice and I had to accept this stupid coupon. I wish you to burn in hell, FlyDealFare.
