I have sent 4 items in size M to your Manchester Returns Centre UK and even been to your office in Regent Street London but saw and heard from no one.

My items are: (1) #5275768 (2) #5272452 (3) #1221407 (4) #5141323

Could you please exchange them with the same four items above with size XXXL or the largest size available.

If you are unable to retrieve the original items sent to your returns centre in Manchester UK could you please refund me the money, my address is stated above.

    have you got all the information you need as I was told that something was not right with my address I don't know what please advise me.
