Finish Line shoes

I placed an order on 3-17-17 for a birthday present for my grandson our local Finish Line did not have his size. So did an on line purchase from them. It was a nightmare. After over a week could not track shoes. Called Finish line on line number talked to a representative and come to find out it was never shipped. Representative tried to where they were shipped from they would not answer the phone. Since I could not get my money for another 7 days she reordered shoes for me. I asked for a manager to call me on [protected] they never called I waited on phone for them for ages representative could never get one to come to the phone. I have purchases shoes for ages from Finish Line I will never order from them on line again and since they do not value their customers as his is apparent by the uncaring attitude management has I will never purchase shoes again from them.

Finish Line do not buy anything from this store!

Finish Line is a very bad site, I would not recommend it!
I had the same problem as many others - I did not get a refund and was completely ignored by Finish Line. They simply didn't care and didn't want to help me.
Ordered a pair of shoes and received the wrong size and with their permission I sent the shoes back and was promised a refund. Time passed and no one contacted me and there was no sign of my money. I tried to reach them many times but they simply did not reply.
This is far the worst company I have ever dealt with! Do not buy anything from this store!

Finish Line nike airmaxx

Hello, I got a new pair of Nike air maxxs. Spent over 160 dollars on them. They are so squeaky I told them in the store where I got them and was told nothing they can do for me nor return or anything. I get all my shoes from finish line and very upset. Spent a paycheck for a new pair of shoes and can't even wear them more then 5 times. Tried to break them in thinking it would go away. But it's worse and worse every time.

Finish Line shoes

Do not buy from finish line. Their customer service is the worst i have ever experienced. They send me the wrong shoe and promised to replace the shoes. After i returned the shoes, i never received the shoes i originally ordered. I spent a whole day talking to the customer service line after being told by the online representative that they can't do anything about it. I was able to get a refund for the shoes. However, they told me if i needed a replacement, i should place the order again. They told me i would have to pay for the shipping all over again. Why would i pay for shipping twice for the same shoes? they kept telling me they couldn't do anything about shipping and apologized. But, how can they apology solve anything? do they care about customers' feelings? my whole day was wasted because of their mistake and they still make me pay shipping that i already wasted on the original order? this doesn't even make sense. Anyways, do not ever buy from this horrible store. It's a miracle how finish line became such a big company.

Finish Line customer service employee at store #570 myrtle beach

By far the worst experience of my life. Associate was as rude as they come. His name was (RICHARD)-RICKY This guy was a total loser and should be jockeying a register as that is about the extent of his mental capacity. Refused to accept a return on an item that had been purchased 3 days prior and not used. Was the rudest person I have ever come into contact with. Called the police and security on me because he kept asking personal questions about where I lived that I refused to answer. I kindly asked him to do his job and not to worry himself with my personal life. What an embarrassment to myself and the other customers present. At first refused to take the return because he said his computer was down and I had to go to the out to return when it was an online Internet non outlet purchase. Called one of his friends on his cell phone to watch me, as If I raised my voice or acted out of line. Stated "So this is America now", made some very RUDE comments, very racially motivated. Obviously this m#### with an IQ level of about 40 was uneducated, unskilled, and had no business even filling up space during the holidays. Currently having my lawyer write a letter to the company as a result of the embarrassing, rude, assaultive behavior that this employee exhibited. Should he have worked for me he would have been fired immediately. Obviously he has some deep seeded prejudice issues that are conveyed to his customers at work. What a loser, he will go far in life. I foresee a prison sentence in his future...lol Sad to see a company suffer as a result of the worst shopping experience ever. You shall see this review on 100's of sites. Finish Line sneakers

On december 8th I placed an order and received a confirmation email. 10 minutes later I get an email that it's cancelled. The rep tells me it cancelled because my billing and shipping were different & had to be the same as the billing, so the rep re did the order with both addresses the same, again get a confirmation email and then a cancellation email. Called back and the new rep tells me that the apt # was missing. She re orders it. I get a confirmation & then a cancellelation. I call back another rep tells me it cancelled because the billing address said unit 2 & shipping address said fl 2. Which obv means the same thing. And now can't reorder cause it's sold out. Now dec 15th I try to order different sneakers & copy & pasted my name & billing address from my credit card onto finish line, so they can't say it don't match. I get a confirmation that it went through & Then another cancellation. I called & now the story is, they are transferring 3rd party & that this is happening a lot. And that I should go to the store & order it from there. When today was the last day to get it shipped before Christmas. Thanks a lot. Now I no where not to shop anymore

Finish Line employee relations. unethical

This company is as shakey as a $3 bill. Let me tell you. If they can not pay there employees. Laid them off with no notice, making me wait 2 weeks to get paid, Never did a w2 so when a payment came they took out the maximum in taxes even though I faxed one to them when told a check would be cut., No Quality assurance regarding financials of clients information, nothing secured. Worst of all they neglect to pay or answer calls or return emails regarding promised commissions earned while employed there.

If you are a consumer, business r future employee, Make your own judgement, I went to to Finishline line consultants and ended up in last place., Due your own due diligence check out /link removed/ Glassdoor.com, Yelp, Better Business Bureau, com, If they treat an employee like that, then how do you think they will treat you, Shame on me, Beware I was sold to work there, Shame on you now after being warned, but I got a excellent reference from them after being laid off, My performance gave them enough revenue to pay me thru the year, I do not buy there reasoning, By the way, the address is wrong on there website. They are not in Las Vegas, There is a old song called smiling faces. That best describes this business, I have sought out advice regarding this matter/

Finish Line what a scam!

I have purchased a pair of shoes from www.finishline.com website and received my order in a timely manner. But they sent me the wrong pair so I contacted them and asked for a replacement. They gave me all the necessary information and I sent the wrong pair back. They said I'll get the right shoes within approximately two weeks.
Two weeks passed and nothing arrived and their support said that I need to be more patient. One month passed and they said the same thing. They claimed they sent me my shoes, but when I asked for a tracking number they stopped replying. What a scam!

Finish Line shoes

I ordered my shoes on August 7, 2016. Still haven't received my product. They said they sent my shoes to someone else but had my address on file because they just sent a pair the week before. Said I had to wait till the shoes came back. Second time he had to reissue my order said they would be here on Wednesday. That day came and went. Third time she said something that wasn't the right thing. In other words my shoes still not on there way. I'm pissed at this point because I keep getting the run around and everybody is at fault to me. This is ridiculous Finishline is a major company that doesn't have the ### together. Got a bunch of untrained people working for their company. I will never in my life spend my hard working money on these people again. You only got one time to mess me over and that's it. Get your ### together and get people their stuff on time. GEESH...

Finish Line finishline is not to be trusted

I've placed my order over three weeks ago on Sunday and was already supposed to receive my shoes. They said I'll get my order in 5 days and when nothing showed up I decided to contact FinishLine. I found out that my order was not even shipped and was still pending! Then I asked them to cancel my order and received no as an answer.
I asked them how long will it take to deliver and they said that they don't have any idea.
Completely unprofessional behavior! These people are not to be trusted!

Finish Line I'm very disappointed with this company.

I have ordered a pair of shoes from www.finishline.com and received the wrong ones! I contacted customer service and explained the situation and they seemed very nice and immediately offered a replacement.
I sent the wrong pair back and soon received another one. And again these were not the shoes that I've ordered! I asked them again to send me the right ones and they agreed.
Since then I heard nothing from FinishLine and did not receive the shoes.
I'm very disappointed with this company.

Finish Line the most horrible experience!

What a terrible company to deal with! I have placed an order with FinishLine and received a payment confirmation email. Few days later I contacted customer service and asked bout my order and they said that it was already shipped. Weeks passed and there was no sign of my order and later I was told that my order was no longer in stock! I asked for a refund and they said no problem. Waited and waited but there was no money so I called again and another rep told me that my order was on its way! These people are ridiculous! I know they all are lying to me! Never again!

Finish Line expired rewards never reissued as promised

My Winners Circle Rewards Coupon worth $20 expired on February 6, 2016. I called before February 6th to ask if the company in fact would re-issue the reward and to my surprise I was told that it was no problem to do so. I was told by the women on the phone to call [protected] and ask for a replacement to be sent. On February 8th I made the call and asked for the new reward to be issued. I was told it would be sent. Well my sons and I religiously checked the email day after day and nothing was sent. I went online and chatted with the representative named Cedrae on 3/17/16 and she told me that it had been sent which I informed her that it had not been sent via email because I checked for it daily. Then she informed me that she would re-issue a reward which would be sent out to me via email within 7-10 days. Well that was a lie because it's the 29th and still I've gotten nothing. I called again on the 24th only to be given the run around and get lied to some more. This time the representative (Cory) told me the money certificate would be in my Winner Circle account and I'd see it within 72 hours once I logged into my account. More lies. I called again on the 29th (today) only to be told by a different representative (Leea maybe) that there were a lot of issues with getting those certificates re-issued and that she would go ahead and re-issue me another reward but it could take 2 weeks. I'm so fed up with this entire process. My two boys who are shoe fanatics are going to be forbidden to buy anything else from this company. I will say that they offered to have me shop today and get a $20 off code from them but I told the lady I was at work and couldn't not drop everything to place an order. Further the fact that they answer the phone buy asking "What can I do to put you first today" is a complete joke. Also, I have printed documentation but it is not in the form of a jpeg so I couldn't attach the documentation.

Finish Line i was lured in by the cheap prices. what a mistake

If your going to try and buy from this online store, Please be advised that everything is shipped UPS ground. If you pay extra in order to receive your shipment early -- it will still go UPS ground. Don't pay extra because you do not get your order faster. I actually never did get my order because someone at Finishline, cancelled the order. The customer service people are trained to say "I'm sorry, I'm sorry" But they cannot actually help you, so please do not expect any real service. Its interesting that for some reason they are quick to cancel orders. I wont buy from them again.

Finish Line online transaction

My experience with Finish Line online was awful. Just awful. After entering shipping, billing, credit card information during checkout process I received a error message stating that the transaction didn't go through. I figured I typed in some wrong information so I re-entered the cc#, date, and/or cvv, etc.. I even tried a different credit card. I still was not able to complete the order. So, after many failed attempts I decided to call it quits. I then checked my credit card accounts to find out that although Finish Line's website said that there was an error and my transaction did not go through, there were/are 5 pending transactions on one of my credit cards and 3 pending transactions on the other! $243.18 per transaction! I called FinishLine's customer service line and was told I had to wait 24-48 hours to find out if a transaction went through and/or to receive my money back. What online company does this? If an error occurs a transaction pending or not should have not taken place. This has never happened to me before. I guess there's always a first. However, this is the last time I will be purchasing(or attempting to purchase) products from Finish Line again. I DO NOT TRUST FINISH LINE.

Finish Line customer service

I purchased an item from this company and they shipped me the wrong item. When I called about the item, I was on hold for 40 minutes. When I finally got someone to answer, the rep told me to drive to the nearest finish line and return it and they would reorder another one. I told him the nearest was the next town over and I ordered online for a reason. I wanted him to send me a return label to return it. I returned the item via the return label and I was credited for the shorts only. They still charged me shipping for an item they screwed up. I sent an email to customer service and received a confirmation that I would hear back within a short time, yet I never heard back from them, on two separate occasions. I will never order another thing from them. Crappiest customer service ever!

Finish Line online order

Last year I purchased some shoes online for my husband's Christmas gift. I placed 2 separate orders and were charged twice on my bank account for each order. I called customer service and they apologized and refunded my money but it took me over 2 weeks to get my money refunded on the card I used. Well, this year I decided to give them another try and the same thing happened again. So, I called customer service and sat on hold for 53 minutes! Again, they told me that one charge was an authorization charge and the second one was for the actual product. I was assured that the "authorization charge" would come off once the shoes shipped. Obviously, like I told the customer service rep, my card got charged twice for one order, as it did last year! I will not be shopping with Finish line online EVER! Sorry customer service...

Finish Line clothing

I am a first & last time shopper with finish line online. I am not happy at all about my experience with finish line. Why would they let me order/purchase an item and anticipate the product... And then find out upon delivery that it was canceled? There was no email sent out stating it was canceled nor out of stock. This christmas gift was icing on the cake and now we have to suffer because of no communication from finish line. I could have went into the store locally to make up for their mistake! It's not fair and I am highly unhappy with your service. The representative only said "sorry". Not let us find something similar or nothing, just sorry. I understand when things go out of stock, but why would you let me purchase it and expect it to come and nothing comes? Plus I sent an email two days ago and still no response. I will be writing everyone I can find about this because it's not right at all.

Finish Line unc shirts

I placed an order in early Dec 2015, I was allowed to pick the size and color that I required and it was going to be delivered within two weeks. All of the sudden I receive and email that says we had to cancel your order. What I don't understand is if you don't have the inventory to cover an order, why is your website allowing people to purchase these things? THEN I try to live chat Finish Line only to find out they have their live chat closed. I go to email them to complain, they have that closed as well. How can a company as large as Finish Line allow these things to happen and then have no way for a customer to complain to them?

Finish Line customer service

I ordered a pair of Nike KD 7 shoes on 11/3/2015 along with 2 sets of socks. I received the 1st set of socks within the shipping dates I was provided. I kept an eye on the shipping status via your website on my shoes and other pair of socks. The shoes moved to shipped status so I kept waiting. After waiting over 2 1/2 weeks for the shoes to arrive I went to the ups website to track my order to find it had never actually shipped from your company. I called customer service last week and informed them of my issue. The lady on the phone (whom I could hardly understand) told me that in fact the order had been "misplaced”, the shoes were still in fact available, and she would reprocess the order as well as request expedited shipping, although they could not guarantee it would be provided. I received a shipping conformation yesterday on 12/8 to inform me my item had shipped (I guess expedited shipping was not allowed). The item that was reprocessed and shipped to me was a $10 set of Nike Socks, not the $100 Nike shoes I ordered at this point over a month ago. I called customer service again and waited on hold for over 30min before I again got someone I could hardly understand who offered nothing but an “I’m sorry.” After being placed on hold several times totaling over 45minutes she came back to the phone to tell me that they would again reprocess my order and that would take 3-5 business days and then they would again request expedited shipping but could not promise they would provide it. When I told her this was an unacceptable answer and asked to speak with a customer service manager she told me none were available, I argued with her for several minutes before she agreed to find me a manager and placing me on hold yet again. Another 30 minutes passed and the only answer I kept getting was “no one is available” and then she informed me that the shoes are no longer available and there was nothing they could do. I demanded to speak with a manager at this point and told the lady to not get back on the phone until she had a manager or a pair of shoes being shipped to my house this weekend. Again, I waited on hold for over 20minutes when a “manager” finally took the line. I again explained everything to this lady and she gave me the same “I’m sorry, but the shoes are no longer available but should a pain become available she would personally ship them to me.” I told her this was not acceptable that it had been over a month and the company had now messed up twice. I wanted to know what they were going to do to correct the problem and she basically told me that there was nothing they could do. I asked for another pair of KD’s comparable and was told that was not an option. They didn’t even offer a refund and could not tell me if a pair would even become available or if they did when. After spending over 2 hrs on the phone with customer service I had finally argued enough and was done. I requested my money back and they even argued with that telling me that I could wait and she would personally ship the shoes when/if they became available. Really? The company messed up once by “misplacing” my order, messed up a 2nd time by sending me the completely wrong item ($10 socks instead of $100 shoes) and now due to their mess up the item I originally ordered over a month ago that was in stock is no longer available and the only answer I got was if/when they become available they will ship them to me…..oh and for my inconvenience they will give me a $15 credit towards my next purchase! Keep your credit; I will no longer be shopping at ANY Finish Line. It seems to me that in light of the company’s own mess up not once but twice it should not matter how they corrected the problem, it should have been corrected, including but not limited to sending me a pair of shoes even if they were a bit more expensive.
