Worst service ever... first off it doesn't work. And the rare occiasion it does the phone line has static and it knocks me off line right in the middle of credit card orders... and they are rude and unresponsive

    i am deaf, and really depend on my e-mail. Out of service for the past 24 hours. Have a special hearing impaired phone, but does not work well on long distance calls. Called Fairpoint communications late this afternoon to tell of the problem of not being able to get or give e-mails. In trying to explain what happened. the person I was dealing with, was told of my hearing difficulties. Needed him to repeat several instructions, what he needed me to see on the computer, was not there. Told him multiple times what was on the screen. He was very upset with me raised his voice to me, and actually could not repeat at this time what he said, but it was the tone of his exasperated tone that told me all. At this point said to him that I could not do this any longer, as I did not want to deal with him Thank you fairpoint communications for having people like that on your staff. Really wants me to stay with your service. Not only you do not provide the service, but you hire people who don;t give a damn MY NAME IS jOANNE jerome, bit that will change, so dissappointed in you, you should be ashamed
