This is worst travel agency I have come across. No body should book flight from this company. Looks like originated from India. Few day back my wife wants to visits India (Vizag) to see her ailing mother. So we started looking for ticket to India and these people started contacted my wife., They sent us a travel iterinary and kept on calling until we gave our credit card information. They promised us that they will send a money paid confirmation and e ticket as soon as they receive a payment. That it, once they got payment (we are able confirm through our credit card company) they never come back with payment confirmation or ticket. Then started actual misery and night mare... we tried to contact them through email, phones for next 10 days. Even if we got through some body they promise us ticket will be sent next 12 hours. But nothing happens. After 10 days we realized and called Singapore airlines, the airlines confirmed they don't have any ticket by wife name or any ticket booked or blocked by this company. Immediately we contacted our credit card company and put a dispute about payment. These people are real fraud and their customer service is worst. To this day (06/26/2015) we haven't received any email or call from them about ticket or email confirmation about payment. Looks like most of the people we talked are from India. Names are Jason, Amit. Actually these people are getting very bad name to India and its companies. They even does not care what they are doing and does not have even ioata of pride that they are representing one country name and getting very bad reputation to whole country and its people. I am also decided complain about this company to External affairs ministry and other Govt of India sites. Please don't buy any services from this company.
It went to some other company. The ezflights.com company I am talking about is from India. I am not sure How it went this company. The company web site name ezeeflights.com I am not sure how you got this complaint. That is what I mentioned in my complaint.

We don`t even have a call center that does outgoing calls. We only accept incoming calls.
This is the most non truthful review i have ever seen and our first bad one. First of all Ez-Flights.com is a register ISO of Priceline.com Our staff doesn`t call anyone. All booking are made online or by the 800 # provided on the page. Our staff has never and would never call someone for there personal information. This is the most false information i have seen. We are based out of the USA. Iam very sorry to whoever spent the time to try and slander my company with these lies. That is 100% illegal as well. I am the direct owner of this website and my E-mail address is Support@EZ-Flights.com we would never scam anyone. I will find out who wrote this and is making up these false claims against my business.
1. "They sent us a travel itinerary and kept on calling until we gave our credit card information" - We take the CC info on there direct booking instantly. We dont have anyone call them for CC info over the phones. Nor will we ever.
2.Who ever wrote this then goes onto say (we are able confirm through our credit card company) - Ok Please show me this - my email is Support@ez-flights.com
3, They also stated they never come back with payment confirmation or ticket - Immediately after a book our customer gets a direct email with all there booking information
4, This is 100% a lie and whoever wrote this please don`t hesitate to email me all this proof you speak of. Ez-Flights is a ISO of Priceline and would never ever conduct faulty business or try and rip anyone off. This is terrible someone would go out of there day to write something like this. My guess it`s a Development team that was first hired that isn`t happy about being removed from the project. We have very high expectations here on delivering the best Travel products online. My company is based out of the USA and we follow all rules and obligations 100%
