My brother ordered Air Optix contact lenses from and it took a long time to receive them. When we received the order we immediate called customer service and informed them about the incorrect order. They sent us two right eye lenses and we wanted to get a replacement. Customer service was ignorant and it really seemed that they didn't care. They promised to find a solution but never did anything to help. So in the end we had to waste more money and order the correct left eye lens.
