ExploreTrip.com / horrible!
I purchased a ticket from this site. But unfortunately I had to cancel my reservation because I had some problems with health. I was too ill to travel. They said they'll give me a refund, but I'll need to pay $300 fee. I told that I wont be paying anything because I have a legitimate excuse and I can send them a doctor's certificate to prove that. They said okay, that they will be waiting for me to discuss it in person. I told that I will send them everything via email, because I can't go outside and am barely able to move. I did all they asked! I've submitted all the necessary documents including my prescription and diagnosis reports. But they are so slow and looks like they don't want to give my money back. They cancelled my flight, but didn't gave me a refund. I received a message two weeks ago, that they still need time and I'll be informed about the decision. But I'm sure there will be no refund. Well, it will cost them more if I wont get my money! I promise that!
