Having won a free sitting, on ringing for an appointment was told of $95 deposit incase you dont turn up.
That was okay, received a makeover really pleased about that.
But at no time was told of the photos
Requested to wait 20minutes to look at the resulting photos, taken through the photos on a screen and then asked which ones did we want.

On asking how much was told $1900.00 for the package, said that as retirees we could not afford that so they told us we could either have one photo at $395.00 or 8 photos for $754.oo said that was too much, was asked if we wanted her to go outside while we discussed the situation we ended up paying the $754.oo and told that there would be a 4- 8 weeks delay they, required us to sign a statement saying that because they could not sell the items to anyone else the items in this order could not be cancelled after signing this documentthis was stated in very small print. The pressure to sign this document is not right.

We feel that the public should be told of the prices at least before the beginning of the session, preferably with the advertisement that you make on
CHANNEL 7 during The Daily Editions session otherwise it is false advertising.,

Clue number one: businesses don't make any money by giving their service for free.
Clue number two: if they demand a $95.00 deposit for a "free" service, it isn't going to be free, and they are dishonest.
Clue number three: $1900 for a handful of digital snapshots? Even a professional model isn't charged that much for a portfolio.
Clue number four: four to eight weeks for digital prints they could process while you had a cup of coffee? The delay is so they can scam another 50 people and disappear with everyone's money.
Please, people, don't be so gullible. You are enabling thieves.
