Dish TV India Pvt Ltdtried for new connection, money deducted, did not get refund from last 50 days

on 16 th march i tried for online connection for dish tv, this is what happened, very pathetic service, never choose

Hi,
Yesterday i tried online request for new dish tv hd connection, i applied through internet banking, after providing all
information at the end it says transaction unsuccessful, still Rs.1452 has been deducted through my account, its
really disappointing, can you please check, or i have to file complaint in consumer forum.

I have already spoken with Deepshikha Choudhury from Dish tv,
i have logged consumer Grievance 245540 on http://www.consumerhelpline.gov.in,
its been from last one month this mail communication is happening, there is no positive response from dish tv excpet
false promises.
I have attached all the things hope this will help you. There is no synchronization in your teams, worst customer care i
have seen so far, every time new person calls and ask for the details, you people dont even look at previous mail
communications. I have suffered still i have to give proofs bank statements and all those things.

I am giving you last warning if my money didnt get refunded, i will file consumer harassment case against dish tv,
i will take help of social media facebook, twitter and whatsapp and will circulate messsage that how you harass your
customers.
