i submited a claim on the 30.07.2015 and by the 06.08.2015 discovery has not refunded me the money i paid at the DR, so i decided to phone them and follow up, i was told that my invoice shows a date of 30.01.2015 and the claim was then captured under Jaunary claims meaning they will not pay the claim, i have submitted the invoice and proof of paymnet which they both reflect 30.07.2015, so why would i send them an invoice dated 30.01.2015 with proof of payment dated 30.07.2015???? and again why will one submit a January claim in august cause surely it won't be paid as its a late notificatiion... then am told that i must go back to the Dr and ask her to write me another Invoice and they will try fix this, realy
