DiGi / overcharge the bill
Refer to the complaint that I had done at Complaints Board on Jul 26, 2016 under kpyeoh.
After the complaint, I received a call from Digi KL. She told me that Digi decided to void all the overcharge bill after the investigation. She also told me that I did not have to pay all the remained bill. In my opinion, I had over paid the money and it was more than the remained outstanding left in bill after termination the Digi Main line and Sub line. In order to solve the problem, I had agreed and allow Digi to void all the remained outstanding bill.
However, I am keeping receiving the bill that I have outstanding RM 20.72 found at my sub line Bill. Couple times, the representative of Digi called my sub line phone no in impolite way. Even he had threatened us that I have to pay the bill without any excuses.
