DeepDiscount.com / Theft
I have a friend who likes specific types of music. I searched the internet for a couple of months before I found a CD by one of the artists he really likes. I had never seen this CD before, so I purchased it for him on this website and had it shipped to his address.
About three months went by and my friend NEVER received his gift, which was intended to be his Birthday gift, which had already passed, since he never received it.
I contacted the so-called customer service on Deepdiscount.com. who were FAR from friendly. I was told that I would NOT be getting a refund unless they go the CD returned to them in the mail! *I* did not lose this CD, nor did my friend, since neither one of us EVER received it!
I was TOLD I have to wait 90 more days to see if it was returned to them, and IF it was, THEN I would get my refund. (This special CD was NOT cheap)
I waited the extra 90 days, and I heard NOTHING from these people. So I contacted them again. Once again, I got some nasty goddamned attitude from their "customer service" (who would put Nazi's to shame) and told in a very NASTY and VILE tone of voice, that "If we don't get the CD, you don't get a refund" and then I was HUNG UP ON!!!
They STOLE my money!!! I doubt very seriously they EVER even shipped anything, much less had it in stock!!!
THIEVES is what these people are!!!
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!
