Dazzle White is tied to the website: http://www.cathysteeth.com They state to have a "Free Sample" if you pay a couple of dollars for shipping & handling. Once you fill out the enrollment forms, you are set up for an AUTO enrolled subscription that sends you a new shipment every month! Worse off is that they bill anywhere between $58 - $87 per month for this stuff.

The banks state that they are a "Subscription Service" and will not process any denial of payments unless their service is cancelled. They will not assist with re-collection of funds either.

Smilebrite and this other website you speak of are completely separate from one another. They are not hiding anything. The terms and conditions were there when you purchased the product and you can find and read them again by going to there website at thesmilebrite.com and scrolling to the bottom of the page where there is a link. You can also simply call customer support at 877-604-2117 to cancel.

For SmileBrite Customers...

If you want to return product for a refund call SmileBrite customer service at 877 604-2117, but do not wait till it is too late.

You can call customer service, or if you want to do it online... you can.

Go to http://thesmilebrite.com/help.php and put in your information, and you can even cancel if you are a current customer, or you can see what date your account was canceled.

Yes, I will agree with the comment above, regarding the web site ... they will take an auto draft from your account.. BUT...even when you cancel and FOLLOW THE PROCEDURES...they came up with another excuse not to refund my money..
I sent the product back, not opened, , , canceled everything, and placed a form that they emailed to me to insert before sending out & wrote ON THE OUTSIDE the RMA# (that they will give you), then they came up with an excuse they cannot refund my money because I did not put a receipt of the Shipping cost in the box, and they were telling me I put RETURN TO SENDER ON THE BOX, ( and I did not put that on the box) and due to that I cant...SO NOT ONLY DID THEY KEEP MY MONEY BUT ALSO THEY RECEIVED THE PRODUCT I SENT BACK NEVER OPENED ...& STILL CAME UP WITH EVERY EXCUSE NOT TO REFUND MY MONEY...
