I had Haulbikes pick and deliver my motorcycle, and they took over a month to deliver it. They didn't even contact the seller to let them know they were not going to be there for second attempt pick up. I had to call them myself to let them know. Then, they didn't even show up to pick it up. They are horrible communicaters. They lie to you about when your bike will be shipped. But, if your not there when the trucker is there to for pick up or delivery they will tac on a $100 charge. I just want to give people fair warning before they decide who to use to ship they're bike, ATV, snowmobile or anything else they will ship. They are the cheapest ones, but I guess it's true what they, "you get what you pay for". Hopefully, they will improve they're services. From pick up to delivery it's supposed to be 7-14 days but it is clearly not. If, you decide to use their services make sure you communicate well with pick up person or seller or you will be left in the dark. They won't even give a reasonable amount of compensation for your trouble. They just exspect you to wait and not even call or email you if there is any problems.

Do not use them they reeled me along with there pick up dates for 21 days before finally letting me out of the contract. Luckily the seller I bought the bike from was a nice guy considering he could of just pushed the bike outside and washed his hands of it. Do not use them or at the least google daily direct llc reviews and see what others say. There are better companies for close to the same price.

I just had an excellent experience with this company. A few complaints means nothing when you understand that this company moves THOUSANDS of bikes every year. And thinking about that, how many complaints are here? Judge for yourself.

I have also fallen victim to these unscrupulous liars. The only thing they did readily was get the contract signed. after that they are very rude and have lied to me twice about a delivery date. My bike was picked up in florida on jan 6th with a verbal promise it would be delivered within a 3 week timeframe. Here it is feb 7th. when I called them today. (they will never call you) I was informed by a very rude (lady?) That my bike wouldnt leave the milwaukee warehouse for another 2 weeks! This means several things, The battery on the r6 will be dead, I will have to pay penalties when I go to title the bike (over 30 days) and I will be unable to open a case against the seller if the bike isnt as advertised on ebay. (30 days) Avoid this company at all cost unless you like frustration and anger. I plan to complain to ebay for letting these people advertise on the ebay website. I hope others will do the same.

I am a VERY UNHAPPY customer as well. Right now they have had my bike at their warehouse for 7 weeks. I was told 2 weeks ago that in would be on a truck no later than today. I called Shelly today at Haulbikes and was now told that my bike MIGHT be on a truck by next Wendesday. Shelly is rude and lies for a profession. DON'T USE HAUL BIKES!

I contracted with Daily Direct LLC April 5 2010 to pick up a bike in Pa. for delivery in montana. I was told pickup date was to be april 9 and delivery about 20 days later. It is now may 19.Bike is in their warehouse in Wisconsin. I was told today a driver will be there saturday to unload his truck. After truck is loaded there may be delivery information available for me. 7 weeks and bike is still on the first leg.Customer service is nonexistant. No phone calls. Nothing.I was reminded today there are no guaranteed dates on contract I signed.Do not use this outfit.

I am one of the current victims of haulbikes. I am currenty at six weeks wait time for my bike. I like all others have had to initiate ALL communication with them. I still dont have my bike. The sales Rep (Shelly) has flat out lied many times on various questions and actions that have been taken by the company. I now wonder about the fate of my bike. My bike was not prepped to sit this long. I had my car shipped in a week from coast-to-coast. Haulbikes states that there is a three week turnaround on average. Im a 6 and waiting with no end in sight. Dont be lured in by there website (which is nice) and claims that they boast. Truck tracking is a joke. Go with someone elese. This company is terrible.

I recently hired them to deliver my bike based on their website claims of 28 day delivery time. Been a month since I signed contract and my bike still sits in their Wisconsin hub with no ETA, WTF? I will look to a different shipping company in the future.

I am another victim of Haul Bikes.Com This company misled me. I contacted them regarding picking up a motorcycle I recently purchased. They lied to me and said it would be delivered in 7-14 Days. Clearly a lie. I had to contact them and they say my bike is sitting in the Milwaukee Hub with no drivers to deliver the motorcycle to me. These guys SUCK. Don't use them. This is your WARNING.

I second that complaint. It's getting close to a month now and no bike. It's been sitting at their Milwaukee hub for two weeks now. Signed contract end of May, and it's almost July. Find someone else to haul your bike, don't use haulbikes.com, stay away!

I am another "victim" of theirs. I bought a motorcycle in March 2009, paid and signed a contract with Haulbikes on March 30, and now, here we are in May, no motorcycle. I last hear my motorcycle was in Milwaukee. I have had to initiate ALL communication with them, and they don't call back, don't answer emails.
I will never do business with them again.
