Crystal Automall / Bad customer service

I gave my car there for servicing couple of times. The
first time they replaced the charcol canister. The
service manager said they are doing it for good will
and no charge. But infact that part is recalled by
toyota and they had to do it free. So they lied to me
vethough I am a first time customer. Being near to
residence, I had to give my car there again for
servicing. Last time when I gave the car for serving,
I got the car back with a dent in the hood area and
some damage to the headlight. The customer service
relationship manager is not ready to do anything for
me and told he reviewed the video tape and everything
looks fine and its not happned in the garage. I know
that he is lying, so I asked him to show me the tape.
But he refused telling all privacy policy stuff that
he cannot show it to a customert. I had to escalate it
to his supervisor. He called the body shop and reduced
the price couple of hundered dollars but thats not
going to make me happy. Bcz I am not willing to pay
$600 for some mistake they did.

The customer relationship manager sucks and he doesnt
qualify for that position. They charged me $100 for a
oolant flush but other dealers offer it for $50. They
do pure rip off. So dont give your car there for
service. I think they dont know, if they make one
customer unhappy they are not only loosing that one
but a lots of customer over time.

    • Brought car in for an oil change – waited for vehicle for over two hours
    • By the time I got home, I could not tolerate the smell of burnt oil. I also noticed that there was a puddle of fresh oil on the floor of my garage.
    • Brought vehicle back the same day and spoke with the service manager – he took car in for a look. He concluded that the person who changed the oil was very careless and had spilled a large amount of oil over the engine block. The staff attempted to clean vehicle that afternoon
    • Took car home but the smell was still unbearable. Made an appointment to have engine cleaned
    • Received a loaner that was filthy in and outside – truly gross to be in. The vehicle didn’t even have windshield washer fluid, which I had to replace. The person issuing the car annotated that a complete inspection of the vehicle’s body, for scratches or marks, was not possible because of how dirty the vehicle was
    • Picked up my vehicle and by the time I got home, the car still had the same old-car smell – burnt oil
    • Wrote an email to the Service Manager complaining about the experience and they never responded. Instead, I received an email offer with a $20 discount for an oil change.
    • Will never go back to that mediocre place again
