Crazy 8customer service and order complaint

On November 18 th, I placed an order with Crazy 8. When I did not receive a confirmation for the order and my credit card was charged, I called customer service only to begin a 3 hour hold and conversation with Mae who could not understand me because she couldn't speak very good English.
I asked for a supervisor and she said that there was not one available.
She began to cut me off and talk over me telling me what she wanted to say instead of listening to her customers concerns.
Not sure how I will get my money back but, after 8 years of shopping with this store, I want to formally say that their customer service representatives are very rude.
