Cookscape Modular Kitchens - Cenotaph Road review: Extremely poor project management and delivery 1

I walked in to Cookscape in Cenotaph Road in Chennai a year back fantasied by their billboards in realestate project sites. It was my bad, I should not have done that. I placed order for modular kitchen, wardrobe and loft closures. The site was ready 6 months back for cookscape to complete their installation and they have still been doing it. Honestly, I am crying inside repenting the mistake I had done by walking in to them. I have lost several months just because of their extremely poor delivery, project management and customer service. First the material delivery was not proper. Then came that they were not according to site measurements and they had to rework all of them (concept of modular was gone far away). Then came the short fall of material which they have coordinating with their so called factory for months... They would not even be able to get laminates, handles and screws. The workmanship was very poor that you pull out a draw the handle will come with your hand and not the draw will pull over. The project is not completed yet and I am seriously affected by the delay caused by them. I have not approached consumer forums for any deficiency so far in my life and I am seriously thinking that I should give it a try if they do not fulfill before end of this month. My advice, never fall in to the trap of Cookscape, Cenotaph Road, Chennai. Keep away and be blessed
