Consumonics blaupunkt 46" tv. model no:46/188ggb 5bjft

Consumonics collected my tv on 21.11.2017 for a charge of £70. and said they will repair it. After several phone calls they told me that they need to replace the main PCB for for a futher cost of £188.
After a month I rang them to ask of the progress and they said they will deliver the TV on the 20.12.2017.
The tv was delivered at 8pm on the 20the December and I asked the deliverer if he would connect the tv to see if it works. He said that he only delivers and is not a technician.
The following day I connect the tv and swithed on. The power came on for 2-3 minutes and went blank/went off.
I rang and spoke to Mr Hammad. I told of this issue and said I wanted to complain about the repair. Unfortunately he gave me the incorrect email address for to lodge a complain. He said the tv would have to picked up for further repair! I kept ringing him to book appointment but he is not forthcoming. His workers who pick up the phone say that only Hammad can deal with the issue. Where do I go from here?

Consumonics Tv repair job no-GO587

I had my tv uplifted for repair on the 02-12-2016 I was messsaged on the 13th December to tell me the cost of repair and also that they were having difficulty getting a part,
I had no contact from them even though I emailed them to ask what was going on and had response.
My son called them on the 30th of march 2017 and was told that they still had not got the part and the tv was not touched as yet
Very unprofessional service so basically paid £70 for nothing and my tv was asked to be returned to me today being the 1st of April and have been told the delivery driver is off sick no apologies for the shoddy service I believe I should be refunded as I have paid for no service and still a unrepaird tv of which I will have to find another company to fix it
Absolutely disgraceful service

I had similar problems. Once you pay the £70 you are stuck as you cannot get a refund. The claimed to be able to repair Blaunkput hence I contacted them. Next issue is they cant find the part needed! Shambles of a service. Its a disgrace to call themselves as a electronics repairer company.

I had a similar problem. Paid £70, hear nothing further until I telephoned.. All they could say was that they could not get the part for a Samsung TV!. Disgraceful service.

Consumonics Panasonic tv

TV kept turning off, they took the tv for 2 weeks & returned it with the same problem. They took it again for another week & have now returned it again with the same problem. I have tried other TV's with my Virgin box etc & they work so the problem is definitely with the TV. £170 & no refund.
They do not send out trained engineers who know what they are doing but just send drivers to just take the TV away. They say it's fixed I say it isn't. Got to buy a new TV anyway.

Consumonics Job number is E9757

I was called around 08:30 in the morning to be told my TV will be returned between 16:00hrs-18:00hrs, which I told the guy who called that I would have preferred it to be returned in the morning but he insisted saying there's nobody to bring it in the morning. I told him that's fine, let me reschedule my programme so I can be able to wait for the person that will bring my tv. I waited and yet no sign of my tv neither did they even call to keep me updated.I kept calling and still yet they weren't helpful...Rubbish services and very inconsistent

I agree with the false information Consumonics gives. Likewise I was told they will deliver the tv between 3 to 5.30pm but they delivered at 8pm. No notification of the intended delay. The deliverer was not a technician either as he said he would not connect the tv as he is not qualified. As it was late- I conned the tv the following day and found that consumonics has not repaired my tv. It had the same problem as it went in with. I kept ringing them but they say only Mr Hammad can deal with the issue. I have not been able to contact him as he seems to come in to work and takes off soon after that. What a rubbish company!

Consumonics Tv repair

Phoned Consumonics to get my tv repaired, they collected it in July and I paid £60, it's now October and they still have my tv, I have phoned them dozens of times and the answer is always the same, they are waiting for a part, surely it's not that difficult to get parts.My job number is E8735

You are welcomed to source the part yourself from any of the suppliers if you can. If you can find it in stock with any supplier then you can let us know or order it yourself and we will fit it for the labour fee quoted. If you purchase it yourself do remember to confirm the warranty period on the part.

Consumonics TV repaired

managed to brake the HDMI port on my Sony TV, figured its gonna be an easy fix but apparently I'm stronger than that and I snapped that whole mother board or whatever is called :) booked in a service with consumonics and in less than a week, after they quoted me a decent price I had a brand new board and a perfectly working TV

Consumonics TV Repair

Called 3/11, TV collected & duly paid £60 on 6/11 expected to take 2-3 days, numerous phone calls none returned, eventually tracked down someone in Derby on 16/11 ? as expected the repair was way in excess of original topline quote, requested return of TV sets see if this happens ?

Consumonics Rep told me that my TV hasn't been ready from the repair

I left my TV for the repair in the company Consumonics. I called them on Saturday and the rep told me that I could pick the TV on Monday. I was ready to go on Monday, but decided to call, and the rep suddenly changed his mind and told that the TV wasn’t ready and I needed to wait more. I didn’t trust this company anymore and would like to ask for the advices and help from people, who have had deals with this company.

Consumonics Best TV Repair Company UK

Email response to my inquiry was swift and efficient. A visit from an engineer was arranged quickly and at a convenient time. Engineer called to pinpoint arrival time and turned up when he said. Have yet to hear back about the condition of the TV set or whether it can be repaired so for now will reserve judgement on whether my inquiry has been fully resolved.

Consumonics I wanted to warn people about this fake company!

My wife has bought TV from Consumonics. The problems started when they didn’t send me the
tracking number and confirmation. Every time I called them, they promised to send the data the
same day, but it was lie. I wanted to warn people about this fake company!
