Church's Chicken - returned chicken resold

On Friday, May 01.09 at 17:46 PM I visted Churchs # 1468. It was at least six customers waiting to order and a customer returned to the store complaining about a 15 piece she had brought thru the drive thru. She ordered regular chicken and was given spicy. She took the chicken home and 3 pieces had been taken out and she returned 12 pieces. The woman that was taking the orders from the drive thru took the chicken and returned it back to the rack to be re-sold... (THE CHICKEN WAS NOT THROWN AWAY) All six of the customers started telling the manager whose name is MARIA that the chicken could not be resold to no avail. This not only upset me, but with the Swine Flu in Houston I was very concerned. The store was not clean, and the ice machine where the customers serve themselves soda was a mess. I sure hope something is done about this matter. Maybe a trainning class to your employees telling this the procedure of what do with returned food. I am also advising the Health Department of this matter. SURE WISH MARVIN ZINGLER WAS STILL ALIVE ON CHANNEL 13 EYEWITNESS NEWS.
