Fourth with your customer support for over 3 months now trying to verify myself and withdraw the $1, 100 that I won I sent in my ID they said that was good I sent in several different supporting documents at first the couple they said oh that wouldn't work so I sent in the ones that they asked for I sent in my W-2 form for my taxes because that's what they said would work as well and now that's not good enough and they want phone bill which I sent in when it was new when I first started sending in supporting documents and they said it wouldn't work then but now they want a phone bill because it'll all the sudden that will work I have sent so many different supporting documents that match my ID and say who I am but every time I send something men that they ask for it's not good enough it's getting really frustrating and I would like for my verification process to be verified and done and I would like to collect my winnings I've wanted to play on chumba Casino several other times but they have my account deactivated as well until they figure out that I am who I say I am what can I do I am getting real tired of sending in basically every single form of documentation I have I don't have anymore I sent in paychecks stubs I sent him bank account W2s I've sent I don't even know but I can go in my email and find out exactly what I sent I don't see why I can't be verified already and collect my winnings this makes me not want to do business with you guys ever again I've wanted to play several other times but I'm not depositing any more money because I still can't even get the money that I won that should be rightfully mine
