If You go to the United states postal website and use the internationa tracking # it wil come up as a internationa package and they should have it I just did it and they have it so Im on my way to the post office now! Hope this helps

I ordered a pair of UGG knightsbridge boots from uggboots2sales.com, and received a likely knock-off pair of boots that were nothing like the website picture or the AUTHENTIC UGGS my mother has. I emailed the company repeatedly and was offered a discount on the boots I purchased, but no offer for a complete refund. I reported the company to my bank who advised to send the product back and then dispute if no refund in 2 weeks. This is what I plan to do. Stay away from this site and advise all others to do so too.

OK this is F-ing bogos. My order simple just stopped in customs. I have checked both EMS sight and USPS site above and both say exepted by customs and boom! nothing since november 23rd. like really during the holidays they want to do this to me. I mean, I want to hunt this down and yell at people but instead I am just probably going to eat the $74 or so dollars and hope that me not blowing up will bring me some good karma. like everyone else i had no idea it was going to go through this site. I dont even know why this company exists if they do this enough for this many people to complain over this amount of time. Good luck to everyone out there.

I have had a similar experience with EMS Freight having ordered headphones on the internet only to find they are coming from China. I was given a tracking number for EMS freight and tracking stopped after a few days. I finally managed to get feedback from the seller who sent me to the USPS web site. If you enter your tracking number into the following site, you will get an update on your package.

We ordered a pair of Ugg Boots on 30th November and the tracking stops on the 5th Dec so we have no way of knowing were they are now.

My History is about the same as above: I ordered my UGG 2 pair of boots last december 3rd, and I havent received yet. But I didnt know the boots came from China, as the page's name is UGG FRANCE. The sellers dont answer my questions and EMS dont have any phone number where to call. After I looked at internet, trying to find the way to contact this company, I found this large list of similar complains.
It seems to me, as my money is gone ... Please If any one have the way to contact or to make a complain about this situation, Please let me know,

I ordered some Ugg boots for myself from a website that looked like it was in the UK where I am (I wanted the boots fairly quickly as I have MS and would love to be able to go out in winter!), that was 20th Nov, they said that shipping would be 1 - 3 days, its now Dec 1st and the tracking with this company says its been in Fuzhou since 24th Nov.
The company I bought from is chinese and half of the emails I send haven't been replied to, the ones that have been just say I should have some patience as the couriers are very busy. The courier website says they update in real time though, which to me says they are doing naff all with my boots that of course, were paid for at the time of ordering. I am going to speak to my bank as I know ppl have had things delivered by the couriers, but its making me feel very uncomfortable like I've been scammed.
You would have thought with the global credit crunch / recession etc and companies going out of business left right and centre that companies would try their best, but it seems not. I asked for an email address for the courier, haven't had one and can't find one!
I would advise anyone buying from china to make sure that the courier is NOT this company before ordering, if it is go elsewhere!

I ordered a wedding dress from China, and the tracking number is not correct, EMS told the seller it was shipped, still no dress. Any suggestions? I called USPS and they say the tracking number is missing a number or is transposed. Should I call USPS and see if it is sitting there and do I call the one listed for my address? HELP would love to see my wedding dress.

I have ordered plenty of items from China, and have had no problems til now. I recieved 8 pacjages with no problem, the last 2 are a mystery. Now one is pass through US customs, but the other one is nowhere to be located. The company has been good to respond in a timely manner and is willing to refund me if they have to, but they will also resend the shipment. So my experience has not been all bad, except for the one package. What happens usually is that they put on a different zip code on the package to get it through customs or some way, they the package gets rerouted to the correct zip code cause the address is correct and USPS redirects the package. My packages have went through San Fran, then Chicago, then Missouri then to me.

seems I am in the same boat as everyone else. I order shoes from a site they confirmed order and provided tracking with in 48 hours as promised. I am having the same problem as well, no contact information except for an email. Although I have had luck with getting in touch with the company I purchased my items from, I am getting nowhere with locating them. The tracking number they gave me is giving me no updated information after December 18th. These ugg boots were also supposed to be a xmas present and it's very frustrating they haven't been received yet.. If anybody has any info on how to get in touch with this company, plese let me know as well! Of course they took my money from my checking account on time!

I have not received my wife's Christmas present as of yet. I ordered over 2 weeks ago, and the company I ordered from keeps giving me bull about the east coast snow storm...I told them that my package was being delivered to Texas! May have to chalk this one up as a loss. :(

Colorado..how come your package was delivered to the post office and not to the address you had specified. Having the same concerns as all of you and am trying to just get answers anywhere I can find them..the tracking systems on the EMS website seems to end at the point where the package was dispatched from sorting center and that's it. Is there another site I should be looking at to track the package?

I am having the same problem, I ordered a pair of Uggs Boots for my granddaughter's Christmas present on the 14 of December and have not received them as of yet. I ordered the boots from a company enjoysugg.com and I was not aware of the fact that the boots were being shipped from China, this Courier company doesn't have a phone number and according to the status it has not moved out of China I am going to call my local post office to see if my parcel is there. Never again will I do this

Utah - just had the same issue in Colorado; after hours of research, found that the carrier in the USA for China Courier Service is the United States Post Office - I received the same notice you did; however, went to my local post office and was able to pick up my parcel on my way home from work last night - hope this information helps you.
