Children's Place / customer service
Throw the whole Children's Place Company Away...this store needs to get customer service reps via the phone that actually understand English communication...just because you can speak English does not mean that you thoroughly understand the language. Likewise, staff in the store are also terrible and give out false information all of the time...they fabricate about holding items and then they are miraculously not there after traveling 40 minutes to get to it and let me not get started on use of rewards...if you use them and need to return an item consider them lost (the store will not refund the value). Staff at most cp stores take returns so personal and even seek ways to avoid making returns. Long story short, I am done with this place. I am paying off my computer credit card, using my rewards and never patronizing them again. Do better cp. Your customer service reps are really pitiful!!
