Chasing my refund
At first, everything went well after I placed my order. They promised I would get my package very soon. Good. But I didn't. I was worried and called them to find out what happened. So the reason was that they just back ordered it and said they would send it soon. Again. Needless to say, they didn't notify me about this situation, even though they could easily do it. Mabe automatically or stuff like this.
I haven't received anything yet and don't know how to make it right. I want my money and I already don't want the items.
Poor quality
I have ordered a cute dress for my little daughter and received it in reasonable time. The dress was lovely and my daughter was really happy with her new princess dress. But after first wash I learned that quality was very poor and cheap! Not only did it shrink but also fell apart! I contacted Chasing-Fireflies and provided photos, but they refused to refund my money and said that it was my fault. It was not my fault, I followed all the instructions when II washed it! I'm very disappointed with Chasing-Fireflies!
