Canara Bank / net banking

Canara Bank has the worst Net Banking facility available in India.
I don't know why the higher authorities of this bank having a number of old and lazy working staffs in all around the country's branch .
From Kashmir to kanyakumari, Canara Bank has the same attitude.. i.e. not working for your urgent need in time.
Here, One can judge that in the present scenario, there is a tight competition of technologies provided by banks to please their customers But CANARA BANK is providing the worst facility either you go physically or online.

Using the net facility of the bank, If one does not have the cansecure software, he will not be able to do anything in spite of having User ID and Passwords... He/She will be sitting idle like I am sitting . And for software also one has to keep a separate computer... Other wise U need to install the software every time u loging in on new PC s.
Very Bad.. !!! (Hope they will wake up and control the falling number of customers)

    (3) beneficiary maintenance---------"list payee"-------add/del/confirm
    (4) when you click on "list payee" you are asked for customer ID???? WHICH CUSTOMER AND WHAT ID.?????????????
    (4) ALL IN ALL YOU HAVE THE MOST BADLY WRITTEN CODE IN YOUR CANSECURE SOFTWARE
    ABSOLUTELY USELESS AND TO TOP IT YOUR STAFF ARE VERY UNHELPFULL BECAUSE THEY THEMSELVES DON'T KNOW!!
    I WILL CLOSE MY ACCOUNT SOON UNLESS I GET A PROPER REPLY
