Not providing gst bill
I am from Mysore Karnataka India. I purchased 20ltrs of liquid products from you agent Named Guru in Mysore. He told me he will provide the GST bill through mail, but he did not, now he is not picking my call or replying to my message. I made this purchase yesterday i.e. on 19th of April 2021 and he promised to send the GST bill through mail buy the evening. But he has not yet sent it. I HAVE ALL THE PROOF, I have each and every call recording which happend between us and he has also taken the full amount through Google pay
I ahve the bank statement also. This is not the first time he is doing this this is the third time he id doing this to me and for all I have the evidence and to prove him guilty. Please make sure that my problem gets solved and I get My GST bill as it is important because I purchased it to my company and I need the documentation for the money spent in my company. And this is offense and completely punishable offense to the agent and the company. It might sent a black mark on your company (Buzzil Rocassari). Please solve this issue

I wish to bring to the notice of the Management that I have complained against your Regional Manager (Mr. Sanjiv Sharma) and TM (Mr. Hardik). Instead of making the name Buzil Rossari a force to reckon with, they both have made it in famous by indulging in dereliction.
I am elaborating his malpractices point wise below which give you an insight about their conduct:
1. We have been forced to take material from Balaji (New distributor) in Gurgaon.
2. We have been forced to take Hand Sanitizers.
3. We have been forced to take full truck load of newly launched products.
4. They both are saying that they have orders in hand, but while cross questioning with them it's found that they want material to be billed. There are zero orders from them.
5. They made a new dealer in Dharmshala by ignoring existing Distributor (Bangar Enterprises). Unethical way to do business. Why management is not taking any step against it.
6. Their primary job role is to add new clients for existing distributors, which they both have failed miserable in doing. All the other distributors of our region shall voice the same concern if the management would care to go to them to verify this.
7. As a distributor we have given them secondary sales and till date no new customer has been added in existing list. They both don't have the product knowledge and don't know about handle new clients.
8. No future projections and just tells us and the other distributors to maintain a stock for prospective clients which are a figment of their imagination, again just to accomplish sales figures.
9. They both pits all the distributors amongst each other causing a lot of dogfights and disharmony effecting the overall sales of the products.
10. They keeps rotating stock from one distributor to another which causes the payment trail to become so complex that recovery of money becomes unmanageable. Recently they have asked to do so and many times it has been done earlier and they are in a habit of doing this on regular basis.
11. They had tried to poach our clients in the recent past for passing them on to other distributors, causing a lot of distrust and disharmony amongst us.
12. While prospecting new clients they does not talk about the quality of Buzil Rossari products, they just tries to compare the prices of competitors rather than talking about Buzil's USP. This is how we do business ?
Their only focus is on new distributors and how to distribute the material to existing distributor from newly appointed.
Existing clients are being completely neglected and new distributors added frequently.
Kindly take steps to improve this situation. We are already in trouble. No one is listening to us.

Dear Team,
This is to inform you that Mr. Vinay came to our place for the meeting in Rajasthan. He told us that all the working distributors would be closed in coming few month and he is appointing a new Super Stockiest in our zone. He introduced himself as Regional Sales Manager. After verifying with the Buzil and Unilever team and working distributors we came to know that he is Territory Manager and promoted himself as Regional Sales Manager. He has committed so many things and we think that all will be fake as his identity.
Why these type of fake persons are appointed by such a Big company like Buzil. If its Diversy or any other MNC he could have been sacked immediately after this crime.
