Branson's Nantucket Deceitful salespeople

Nantucket salesman Mr Munday was told by us that we could not afford what he was offering. He then told us that we could convert 5000 points to $5000 cash after The first of the year to be spent how we wanted. Come time to convert the advantage lady did not know anything about a cash conversion. We were invited back for a new owners orientation where Josh explained that advantage had reduced the conversion amount to $.15 per point but Advantage is saying that there is no such thing as a cash conversion. Now we are hearing from a Advantage employee that she has been hearing this for a couple years. They promise anything to get the money then they change their story and say, it's wasn't in the contract. I have Josh's statement on tape.

Desired outcome: Money back and out from under this scam.

Branson's Nantucket Deception and outright lies

We went through their timeshare sale and ended up purchasing points, unfortunately. Later when went to use these points we discovered that we had been completely deceived regarding the Value of the Points. We were shown what was titled the "Value Points Chart", which indicated that the points we purchased would get us approx. 12 nights every year in a 2 bedroom unit, and we were told that you can book 12 months in advance. Well, what wasn't pointed out was that in extremely tiny letters at the very bottom of that chart it says something to the affect that "Value Points can be booked 30 days in advance". They never showed us the actual points chart because had we seen it, we would never had bought. According to the actual points, we had enough for like 2 nights a year, 1 week every 3 years. Also, our salesman told us clearly that the dues could not be raised without a vote that gave the owners 90% of the vote and developer 10%, so the dues wouldn't go up without that approval by the owners. Later, after we signed up, we were told that wasn't true and it was questioned by them that our sale person even told us that. Well, it was me, my husband and our adult son in the room, we all heard that very clearly.

Desired outcome: It doesn't look like we can get any of our money back, so our desired outcome would be to protect others from this kind of fraud and that new laws would be created to protect the consumer.

Thank you for posting this truth about Branson's Nantucket. When I have called owner services in regards to how to go about them buying back the property we purchased, their response was "we are not buying any property". This was stated to us upon purchasing under contract, and since first initializing the contract they have not abided by what is in the contract. They have since upped the fees by $475, and sent this out later after people paid the $527 fees. Sneaky business practices altogether here. They also cancelled with RCI which was in the contract for affiliate exchange program, and lied and said RCI dropped them. I certainly hope others will read and heed the warning of getting involved with these deceitful people. They have taken from a lot of innocent victims for many years.

Branson's Nantucket Unethical Sales

We made the mistake of getting involved with this company. We were told in the beginning that with 14, 000 points we could get 2 to 3 weeks vacation. Before even getting a chance to use the system we get a call to come back to go over the account. At this meeting we are told that was false and we needed to upgrade to 38, 000 points to get 2 to 3 weeks vacation and all RCI or Nantucket vacations would only be 10, 000 to 15, 000 points each week .That's
not true either according to RCI. Then there is the story of selling back 15, 000 points a year to get a check for 4-$6000 dollars. At this point I can't even get into RCI because the paperwork is missing. Just give back the money you stole from us

Desired outcome: Return our money

Branson's Nantucket Deceitful

We were told that if we bought, we could place our points in the Advantage Program and turn around and pay off the balance. We were told we could get a one bedroom anytime for 4500 points. We were also told that if it didn't work for us, Nantucket would buy it back for the amount we had paid for it. We bought in September of 2020. They offered for us to come back December 16, to see if we knew how to use our package. Well, seeing we couldn't use it until 2021, we didn't have a clue. What we did find out was that everything our salesman had told us was a lie. On top of that, the meeting was to try to get us to buy more. We were so distraught that we didn't learn anything about how to use it. We had a 4 night stay, but only stayed one night due to the fact we were heartbroken that we had been conned.
David and Julie Myers

Desired outcome: Our money back, plus the dues we paid on 1/1/21

This same deceit was told to us in order to sell us a piece of their building to pay for it. Their sales people are made to lie in order to hook people into paying for their empire at Branson.

We had the exact thing happen to us as well. When we were invited back for our “new owner orientation” I told Josh that Our salesman, Mr Monday, had lied to us and told us about the point conversion that no one else knew anything about. He explained, on tape, that had told several people the same thing but things change and advantage had changed the conversion rate to $.15 per point. Advantage still says that they have never done cash conversions for points.

Branson's Nantucket Refund all my money

In Dec. we were invited to spend 4 days, Meeting Free, at Branson/Nantucket.
A beautiful Resort, immaculately clean and very comfortable. We are/was
owners. Upon our arrival we were informed that we would have to attend a meeting on the 14th of December. We reluctantly agreed to attend. Since the devastation of our home being flooded and destroyed, we had some financial problems that needed to be discussed.

When we arrived for the meeting with Josh Bronn, I informed him that we were not there to increase or buy anything. And do not lie to me. Since we were lied to on the initial visit and purchase at Nantucket in Jun 2019.

He agreed to help us with lowering our payment and decreasing or getting rid of our maintenance fees by going through SunTrust bank. The Loan was "Guaranteed". Lies. We had to sign a new Contract with them which was much higher than before they could help us...Lies. We had 5 days to cancel the contract, and had to wait 10 days for the Loan to be processed. (what's Wrong with this picture). So we waited and did the online application of the "Guaranteed" Loan.

This was all LIES and Misconceptions on their part to get us to sign a new contract. I told Josh Bronn over and over that this had better not be a scam or Lie. We were there for help, not more debt. He was very believable!
Now, I am fighting with them to cancel all contracts with them and to get our money back from the Jun 3, 2019 and the Dec 13, 2020 dealings with this lying and deceitful company.

This is all so familiar and so discouraging. I'm hoping for a reasonable resolution as we really love coming to Nantucket and everyone except the sales force is just lovely. Sales force needs a major course in sales ethics and customer service. Keeping fingers crossed.

My complaint is that Branson Nantucket gave out my private and confidential contract specifics. They assured me that I was within the time to rescind the contract I had signed with the other company who had claimed they had bought out Branson. They lied and I was a month too late to rescind. They have admitted to all of this to the Missouri Attorney'...

Branson's Nantucket Rental scam!!!

This company Mize about the product and what it will achieve to get you to buy and then after making several attempts to get a reservation they offer a package at an additional cost in order to find availability only to bring you back on a second presentation and upgrade you by fraudulently lying to you that they are going to rent your ownership out and send you a certified check by registered mail for the sum of three to $6000 Per year for the next 8 to 10 years there is no rental it is a lie. They state that they do this with only owners in row one or the last three buildings in row three. Another lie. This is pitch by their manager Larry Ainsworth to every existing owner yet he says you're one of 22 and it's very limited and it's approved by the real estate commission another lie. Hey states they went before the real estate board to get their approval another lie. And he also states that they put certain stipulations on them in order to achieve this program another lie. What makes matters worse is the general manager Frank Black a tea hey states they went before the real estate board to get their approval another lie. And he also states that they put certain stipulations on them in order to achieve this program another lie. What makes matters worse is the general manager Frank Blackateer and the owner Kevin Knasel are on board with this. You will not receive any money from this scam read this before purchasing and watch Mr. Ainsworth come in and do his dance with the same pitch he sold thousands if you used to own it spinnaker resorts that's where Ainsworth is from and scammed many people with that or a deferred usage pitch stating they would Pay them thousands for not using their points these people are crooks and do not sell vacations or travel time they only scam people with false rental investments most people that have been scammed are relying on these checks to pay their bills or reimburse them selves the expense and are not going to receive anything. They are also acting as if they're giving them money upfront for a year or so for taking some of their points to rent out yet they're just adding that to the price and taking it back off they're not paying anything upfront they're also doing the same with people trading in existing timeshares making them assume they're paying them thousands for them if you go to an in-house presentation do not purchase any more keep your existing one that you were unable to use and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's office to get your money back from the original purchase They will try to smooth you over if you don't upgrade but you cannot do reliable vacations through RCI for 10, 000 points or less you do not have the benefits they stated at the original presentation and you most likely on your program every two or three years instead of annually like they stated they just give you One third of your points per year which is about 2 1/2 days a year .

I've been an owner since 2015. I was told the EXACT same thing in order to get more money from me! They "needed" my first row ADL condo so they were going to "give" me a rental check each year if I bought "UP" to the next row. What a load of crap! The last time I was there 2 years ago, another couple was there also trying to find out where their rental check was! The answer was, "It was discontinued". How can they get away with this? Class Action? Sign me up!

Branson's Nantucket deceit

If you bought a package from Branson Travel for a tour at Nantucket Resort and they lied to you or "upgraded" your package for $40 for a two night certificate to one of 91 cities to stay in a "4 star hotel" and then tried to use it and couldn't, or any other of their scams and you need a notarized statement from me, I will be happy to provide one. I worked for them long enough to learn all of their dishonest business practices. And no, your tour will not only last 30 minutes. It will last at least 90. I left because when they go down for all their illegal business practices, I didn't want to be a part of it and I feel the way that they treat people is wrong wrong wrong. Email me at [protected]@yahoo.com for a legal statement. I try to treat people the way I want to be treated and the way that some of them do things is wrong. The Nantucket Resort itself, I don't know about. They probably don't have a clue as to what does go on in this call center and the resort itself should not be held responsible for what the call center told you.

They are the worst. Attending a presentation on 8/23/17. The presenter was Michael Williams (not positive of last name but started with a W.) He was all smiles & jokes in the beginning. He didn't like me asking questions. He said each unit was only sold to 12 couples. I wanted to know what happened to the unit the other 40 weeks. He had no answer. After over 2 hours, I said we weren't going to buy. He turned into a monster. He cursed, looked me in the eye & told me to shut up. Twice. He then said we didn't care about our grandchildren or even like them! He said he was a multi-millionaire and a Godly man and accused us of being professional time share goers. I complained to the manager but she said he wouldn't do that! It was a nightmare. He should be fired and never allowed to work with the public again.

We 100% AGREE! N
We have Been SCAMED, And have paid out SEVERAL THOUSAND DOLLARS To Purchase Property at Branson Nantucket! When We were given the tour almost 2 Years Ago, We were taken through a Condo that was Made to where My Husband could get around in His Power Chair. When We decided that We wanted to stay at the property so that We could have an Owners Update on the property, We found out that there wasn't any unit We could stay at that would be accessible for My Husband's Power Chair!
1. We were told that there was (NO) Unit that He could easily ride his chair into. When I ask 'Well, What about the one We saw two Years ago, I was told that that Unit was for show only, and that there would not be a handicap accessible one for another 2 Years.
2. When We got to Branson Nantucket to have Our Owners Update, I was told that We didn't Qualify for the Unit that would accommodate My Husband's Power Chair, as We didn't have enough points.

The Owner Update turned out to be an OWNERS UPGRADE. WE were told that only certain Owners Qualified, and that We would have to keep it Hush Hush.
They also told Us that They couldn't tell Us 'EVERYTHING' two years ago on their plans!
We were told countless lies, and conflicting stories yesterday, and when I brought it to their attention, They said that Not everybody was on the same page. We were also told They had to keep some things 'secret' from the Owners!

Totally agree with tasR44. We were scammed by Branson's Nantucket in August, 2009. Been paying on it for 2 years, never could get anyone to call us back to help correct problems. Every time we called no one we dealt with was employed there. Even made a trip up there last year, at least 3 meetings with no help with promise that someone would contact us. Didn't happen. Recent complaint to Attorney Gen. of Mo. Stopped payment on loan. Will follow through with this, including hiring attorney if necessary. Retired senior citizens that cannot afford to pay for something we did not get. Want this company to pay us back what we lost and be accountable for what they have done.

I was a design consultant on Branson’s Nantucket. I am an architect out of St. Louis Missouri. I created all of the renderings that you see on their website and in their showroom.

I was contracted by John Silver (no longer works there) and James Lansfield (still employed at Branson's Nantucket) to do $8, 000 worth of renderings of their new clubhouse, individual units, and interior renderings of their individual units. I worked for close to a month solid on these renderings, producing them in a timely manner and making changes per John and James' requests. Once I was finished, I produced the files for them to print the show room boards and for their website. I invoiced them end of May 2009, they had 30 days to pay, which would have made payment due end of June 2009. It is mid October now, and I am still yet to receive payment. I have started calling them on a daily basis, 9 days straight currently, and multiple times a day, I can tell the receptionist is starting to get annoyed.

When I call, I ask to talk to either James Landsfield or Jeff Patter (I believe he is one of the owners). Every time they ask who is calling, I immediately get the response "he has just stepped away from his desk", or "he is in a meeting". I ask for either one of their cell phone numbers, and I am told that they don't keep anyone’s cell phone number on file. I could believe that they are busy and in meetings, but c'mon we live in a society (especially construction) where employers keep their employees cell phone numbers on file. I can deal with the run around but don't lie to me.

Not only have I not been paid, but also the interior designers and project architects have not been paid. This isn't a bill that they can just brush to the side. This will have consequences on the future owners of the property. Legally, the design team can put a lien on the property for failure to pay for intellectual property. Once the lien is in place and we have still not been paid, once all of the units are sold off and the developer is gone, it will be the new condo owner’s responsibilities to pay that lien. The new condo owners will not be able to do a resale of their property until all liens are clear of the property. It is much like a mechanics lien.

The other issue here at hand is the copyright infringement. Like I said previous, they are currently using images, to which they have not paid for, on their website and in their showroom. There are serious penalties for copyright infringement.

You can see their website at this address: http://www.lifetimedestinations.com/

All of the renderings you see on the website are the items I am referring to in this post.

All we want is just to be paid, that is it. The development is a great idea, and I hear they are selling like hotcakes, but if you are interested in buying one of these condos, it might be a good idea to do your homework on the developers and make sure you are not getting yourself into a scam that might be hard to get out of. I would be asking lots of questions if it were me. If you Google "Branson Nantucket" you will find lots of posts for these people trying to scam individuals.

I'll post back once we get paid, but until then, you can assume we have not been.

Branson’s Nantucket, feel free to contact me to discuss.

Branson's Nantucket False advertising

My husband and i just bought from this place. I think a lot of people go there because they want free and cheap stuff in branson. We went because we were looking for a place down there, and their places fit our lifestyle more then any other. I can see how people that aren't looking to buy, or people that have their minds made up before they even see it may find them rude. I would bet that they've never been to one of those presentations anywhere before.

We go to branson every year, so it makes a lot of sense for us. We own two other timeshares, and we use them all because we retired several years ago. I'd say if you know you don't want a timeshare, don't go to the presentation. If you can't afford your vacation without going to a timeshare sales thing then you shouldn't be going on vacation.

We also just purchased from Branson Nantucket because we love staying there and they sold us on the fact that they were associated with RCI and we could trade our long time owned RCI timeshare to them and purchase their package and still be able to use RCI.

This was in Sept 2021 and as soon as our RCI deed was signed over to them, we get notification that RCI, a VERY reputable company, has dropped Nantucket like a hot potato. Now we have paid thousands and no RCI. We now only have Nantucket and they refuse to tell us what will replace RCI. We scheduled what they said was an owners information meeting to learn of the new company they are partening with but the meeting was only to try and notice us to pay money to buy our old RCI property back.. for $15,000😳. Are they crazy? I threw out some legal questions as to what date the knee RCI was going to bail on them and the guy immediately shut down and told us he could no longer speak with us… he got their supposed lawyer to come in and he would not answer any of our questions. He promised us that they had a new company would be taking RCI place and we would know all the details by mid March. It is now the 28th and no word from Nantucket. These people are liars and scammers. Also found out during this meeting that when we bought in Sept that they only showed us points chart for last minute bookings only…. Not the real points amt to actually book a weeks vacation. When I questioned them I was told that I must have misunderstood. Nope.. no misunderstanding. They flat out lied to us.

Now with the 24,000 pts we paid $26,000 for… we can’t even get a weekend stay in a 2 br for our 24,000. They told us we would be able to get 3 weeks with our points. This company puts all their paperwork on flash drive instead of paper copies when you buy so that you can’t see that they never include all the paperwork that shows what they wrote down to sell you. I asked about that paper and they told me it would be on the flash drive but of course it was not. This company is the worst. If there is any kind of class action lawsuit against Nantucket… I would love to join. I’m still having my lawyer try to get dates Nantucket knew they were in trouble with RCI. I’m sure there had to be many warnings before RCI finally dropped them. If we get that information we will definitely sue for a FULL refund from this very dishonest company.

They did the same to us with that flash drive trick. They never mentioned what we actually bought was a 1 week every 3 years to their crappy Nantucket resort and that's it! Now they don't have RCI they are completely useless. There is a class action lawsuit in the works but it's only for people that got sold a deed that was already sold. Yes, they are reselling other people's deeds! This company needs to be shutdown pronto! I suggest reporting them to the attorney general in MO and your local one. The more reports to places like BBB and FTC will help too.

Nope, still paying them $400 per month for nothing. It sucks because if it's not paid they attack your credit score otherwise I'd have stopped months ago. I did try to reach out to the actual owners who live in a nice big mansion and are constantly donating to politicians (I did a fair bit of research on them) but they just hung up my phone calls and ignored me. I also contacted lawyers in MO who work on timeshare exits but it's even hard to trust them. It's all about money for them all!

I purchased a timeshare from Branson Nantucket Late in 2019, with promises of an Advantage member ship, and RCI membership & enough bonus points to get a free cruise. Well, Advantage had no benefits I useful to me, RCI could never provide reservations I wanted, and Covid prevented the cruise. Early in 2021 found that health & age problems prevented me from traveling in the future, so I called to try to explore the possibilities of divesting myself from my membership. The Person I spoke to asked if she could return my call as she was "simply swamped". I agreed and left my number. the call was never returned. A month or two later I called again, was told that the original person was out of the office, and she would be given a message. Again, the call was not returned. Today I called the Owner Services number and received a recorded message asking me to leave a message or to contact them at a website address which I missed part of. There was no way to ask to have the message repeated, so I re-dialed several times and the call would never go through. I think at this point it will be cheaper in the long run to hire an attorney.

I fell this place is a rip off. We bought 2018 and have never used it for over $ 21, 000 and they just told my wife our points had expired and we have to wait
Till next year to try to get in. April is already booked. It is a rip off. I could take really nice vacations over the last 3 years with that $21000.00

We too were lied to and mislead in our sales meeting . We are trying to get out. But no such luck.
We do not recommend this vacation timeshare company at all .
We were told there were no booking fees for RCI if domestic- not true. We were told owners have 90% vote for potential maintenance fee increase - not true. We were not shown the proper chart for the actual value of our points re how many days it would get us in a 3 bedroom home . We were not told that we were buying Yellow season and what that meant. We paid the 3 years of maintenance fees and then were billed again a month later for the same 3 years, this time with a 10% increase.
TERRRIBLE company to work with.

We are members of Branson Nantucket we have stayed here four times. We've had enjoyed her students over can't believe how they lie and deceive people in order to sell these units they need to just be honest with their program. The employees need to be Frank honest I'm completely forthwith how are they going to get to heaven again if they are not honest are completely honest with all of the complaints I have spent 3 hours reading all of these complaints I spent two hours last year we are very fortunate that we don't experience what everybody else is experiencing and I do believe that's because it was the Blessed lady weather that has helped us through this. We do know they make money on upgrading people into other programs and we're going to at Christmas. I would suggest everybody on this post in the Better Business Bureau close to NE to reading into Josh Hawley about this and getting some laws changed with timeshares

After reading all of this comment I don't know how these people can sit at night. This is supposed to be a family-friendly town with Protestant and Catholic people and how are these people going to make it to heaven when they keep lying and deceiving people on a personal day

Did you pay the $475? I have complained to them about it and now they added a $50 late charge! I’m so ticked! Plus they raised our maintenance fees. Can they do that?

Get ready, that $475 is going up and if you don’t pay the $18,000 to get in Lifetime Destinations, you will pay the assessment fee every year AND you don’t get Interval International.

We went to our first presentation and my husband was using a cane and has mobility issues. We were shown a beautiful unit that had elevators and ground level entrance. We were told that all the units were the same and the unit we were purchasing was the same. We were very impressed and purchased at that presentation. We returned later to find that what we actually purchased was down a flight of exterior stairs in the "basement" of the unit we were shown. (A unit that is inaccessible for my husband due to his mobility issues). They were very willing to correct the error, if we agreed to pay an additional $10, 000. Meanwhile, we will never again stay in the "beautiful" unit we were shown because that is not the unit we purchased and we cannot access the unit we actually purchased. Branson Nantucket, buyer beware!

They don't reply to concerns. I emailed twice and left a message twice. Caveat emptor...if you go to one of their presentations, you need to ask how many points you need to book your usual size unit for 1 week more than 45 days out; and it's accompanying maintenance fees. Verify (there or book something immediately). If you like what you hear, you shouldn't have a problem. You'll need about 50000 points to book in advance and to have the most choices. 14000 points has huge limitations with when, where, size, etc.

I live near Branson, and in 2014, was invited to attend a time share demonstration by a friend from Arkansas--she didn't want to go alone, and said she had paid $99.00 for some show tickets & places to eat out. I went with my friend STRICTLY as a by stander. They tried to sell my friend a time share (of course). She said no. The salesman asked if either of us would be interested in a cruise. I asked, "How Much?" He said $1, 295.00 which would include a few days stay at one of their Time Shares. I agreed. We paid Nantucket $200.00 cash down and I signed a contract for them to take out $100.00 a month for 12 months to pay for the CRUISE. When the 12 months was almost up, I phoned Nantucket--hadn't heard boo from them in almost a year--and asked them if the $1, 295..00 was paid in full and that I wanted them to send me recelpts for the payments they had been directly withdrawing from my personal checking account VIA credit card, for the duration of about a year, I asked them when my friend and I could book the CRUISE--they said she would have to visit Nantucket again, and they would sit down with us and book the cruise! BALONEY! Meanwhile, They finally sent me the receipts after several requests, and I discovered that they had overcharged my checking account $116.00. I informed them of this error and it was like pulling teeth to finally get back that over amount they took from me. In fact, I threatened to take it to an Attorney--which I spoke to a law firm shortly thereafter about other issues such as: When my friend came back to Branson to visit Nantucket hoping that we could get our tickets for the Cruise since it was now paid in full, SURPRISE! I once again went through a time share demo with her and then when we got back to Nantucket, she bought a time share because they told her it was a $45, 000.00 or more Time Share, for only $8, 998.00 and she could resell and make a HUGE PROFIT! So, she signed the papers to buy the LOUSY BARGAIN, and guess what? They said to us that "We took the $1, 295.00 and put it on the time share! WHAT? I NEVER signed to buy a time share, just my friend, and became angry and the salesman said, "We owe you two a FREE cruise! CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS? Well, to make a long story short, my friend cancelled out on the time share (thank goodness) and I demanded my $1, 295.00 returned and am still fighting this day for the money! They lied and said it was placed in Nantulcket, then they said it was put into my friend's RCI account, then they said it was put in the Cruise, then they said it was placed in my friend's check account, then they said, "I guess you lost it." Ok, the legal advice I received was that since I personally never signed for any time share whatsoever, only a CRUISE, then Nantucket should return the $1, 295.00. Are these people thieves? They certainly change their stories faster than a woman is accused of changing her mine. You folks haven't heard the last of this!

My wife and I are looking to buy a time share so when a guy offered us some money to tour at Nantucket we said sure. I told the salesman that we did not have a credit card but did have a debt card. He called a manager and they said it was fine so. We get up early the next morning and the lady at the front desk said we cant go on the tour with out a credit card or a checkbook. I told her we dont carry checks but can show her we have a checking account with over 16000 dollars in it. She was very rude. I told her they had called a manager and they had ok it. She said no and I asked her for my deposit back she told me I would have to go to another location to get it. I asked if I could speak to her supervisor and she said ok have a seat. A few minutes latter 2 men walk out and one says he is the police and asked me to get up and he would show me where the money is 1st lie then he said they found something when they did a check on me and I dont qualify to do the program 2nd Lie. Then he said that the staff said I was threatening them 3rd lie. I asked where do I get my money back he said I dont know but they dont have it here 4th lie. Now this guy was not in uniform so I dont know for sure if he was a policeman but he had a badge. I told him he was lying and as I was leaving he called me an ahole. I pulled up to the door and rolled down my window and asked him which police department does he work for and he messed around and acted like he didnt know so my wife said Holister she said she saw that on his badge and he said ya ya thats it Holister. Total lyres here stay away. They lie so much they dont know they do it. I went to wyndham and just asked for some info but didnt have time for a tour and they told me some things and we may buy there. But I was curious how much the Nantucket timeshare was so I called them and asked how much there units are just to compare with wyndham. They said I will have to come in for a tour I told them I cant tour their property because I dont have a credit card. She said well you cant buy one then and put me on the phone with another man and he asked how can he help me with a smug tone. I said my wife and I want to buy a timeshare. He said where are you from I said Texas he asked if we could come to Branson I said no. He said then you cant buy from us. This company is rude and stupid. We will probably be going with wyndham. If Nantucket treats someone interested in buying from them like this I cant imagine how they treat you once they have your money
