Brachs / maple nut goodies

On 11/12/2017 I purchased a small package of the Maple Nut Goodies at our local Kroger store [protected]). My husband and I tried them and he said they were stale. I spit mine out. He bit down and broke his tooth off and lost it. I called for an emergency office appointment for him. He went to Dental Associates in town [protected]). As a result, he needed a bridge, plus a new tooth made at a cost of over $4500.00.
The package of the maple goodies clearly states that Brachs stands behind the quality of its products and guarantees satisfaction or replacement of the product.
It also guarantees freshness. The product is TEO3BB183. It clearly states Best By 01/31/2018.
We feel compensation to help defray costs is needed and helpful.
